 CONTRACTOR. 107.3.4.3. THE CONTRACTOR (QUALIFIER) THAT
 CREATED / DREW THE SET OF PLANS WILL NEED TO IDENTIFY
 THEMSELVES AS THE AUTHOR OF THE PLANS. PLEASE PRINT
 YOUR NAME, SIGN YOUR NAME AND LICENSE NUMBER FOR THE
 TRADE YOU ARE LICENSED IN AND PLANS DRAWN.

 DETERMINE IF LARGE MISSILE IMPACT RESISTANT WINDOWS ARE
 A REQUIREMENT. PLEASE PROVIDE CHART FOR ALL OPENINGS,
 WITH OPENING WIDTH, HEIGHT, GLAZING TYPE, MULLION SIZE
 & TRIBUTARY AREA, AND ASSOCIATED PRESSURES.
