 ZONING SIGN-OFF OF THIS PERMIT.
  
 3.) PERMIT PLANS DO NOT MATCH THE PLANS APPROVED AS
 PART OF PB 1068KK. A MINOR PD AMENDMENT REFLECTING THE
 AS-BUILT WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A
 CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION. A HOLD HAS BEEN PLACED ON
