 THERE WILL BE A STAGE WITH STAIRS, NO RAMPS SHOWN. A
 "VIP TRAILER" IS SHOWN, NO DETAILS. THERE IS A NOTE ON
 THE PLAN LABELED "EGRESS" WHICH APPEARS TO BE THE EXIT
 DISCHARGE TO THE PUBLIC WAY, BUT THERE APPEAR TO BE
 OBSTRUCTIONS WHICH ARE NOT IDENTIFIED.
  
 THERE ARE ROOMS ON THE PLAN WHICH ARE LABELED BUT NOT
 CLEAR AS TO FUNCTION - EGOSQUE, GREENROOM, AMT, KINRGY.
 EACH ROOM SHOULD BE LABELED AND CLEAR AS TO OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATION, USE, AND OCCUPANT LOAD.
  
 NONE OF THE DOORS ARE LABELED WITH DOOR IDENTIFYING
 NUMBERS SO IT IS DIFFICULT TO PROVIDE A CURSORY REVIEW.
 THERE ARE INSWINGING DOORS, NO OCCUPANT LOAD, NO DOOR
 WIDTH. LOUNG, EGOSQUE, ETC. MEANS OF EGRESS GO THROUGH
 A HALLWAY WHICH HAS NO DIMENSIONS, INSWING DOOR. SINCE
 NO OCCUPANT LOAD WAS PROVIDED FOR THE FOUR ROOMS, ALSO
 NO DIMENSIONS FOR THE FOUR ROOMS, IT CANNOT BE
 DETERMINED IF AN INSWING DOOR IS PERMITTIED. IT LEADS
 TO AN AREA WHICH APPEARS TO BE THE THEATER, A
 CORRUGATED STYLE LINE AROUND THAT AREA, NO INDICATION
 OF WHAT THAT LINE IS AND NO DIMENSION FOR WHAT APPEARS
 TO BE A HALLWAY.
  
 ALSO SEE FBC 2020 ACCESSIBLITY. ALL NEW ELEMENTS ARE TO
 COMPLY AS FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION, SEE FBC A 202.3.
  
 THERE IS A STATEMENT ON THE PLAN THAT STATES
 (PARAPHRASING) THAT THE WAREHOUSE WILL BE UPGRADED IN
 "ACCORDANCE TO REQUIRED CODES AND COMMENTS". THE
 DESIGN, COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, IS
 THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL. THE
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL SHALL SELECT THE METHOD OF
 COMPLIANCE IN THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE 2020, EXISTING
 BUILDING (AS WELL AS OTHER GOVERNING CODES SUCH AS
 FFPC, CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE, ETC.).
 THE EXISTING BUILDING CODE IS VERY FLEXIBLE, DESIGNED
 TO GIVE OPTIONS BASED ON THE SPECIFIC PROJECT. THIS IS
 NOT SOMETHING THAT PLAN REVIEW CAN DO FOR THE
 APPLICANT.
  
 AFTER SELECTING THE METHOD OF COMPLIANCE, A PLAN THAT
 COMPLIES WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE IS REQUIRED. COMPLIANCE WITH MECHANICAL,
 ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, BUILDING, ENERGY, ACCESSIBLITY IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 IF THE ARCHITECT HAS SPECIFIC QUESTIONS THAT REQUIRE AN
 INTERPRETATION, HE CAN CONTACT ME. AT THIS TIME THE
 PLAN IS TOO CONCEPTUAL FOR A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REVIEW.
  
 2. THE DOCUMENT THAT WAS PUT IN THE SIGNATURE FOLDER
 HAS BEEN DELETED. SEE PROJECTDOX INSTRUCTIONS,
