 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THE PERMIT PLANS INDICATE
 THAT THE PROPOSED USE IS FOOD PROCESSING. THIS USE IS
 CATEGORIZED AS AN "INDUSTRIAL USE HAVING SIGNIFICANT
 EXTERNAL IMPACTS," WHICH IS A PROHIBITED USE WITHIN THE
 NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL (NC) ZONING DISTRICT.
  
 2.) PLANS SHOW THE ENCLOSURE OF THE PORCH AREA ALONG
 SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY. ANY ENCLOSURE OF SPACE MUST ALSO
 DEMONSTRATE THAT THE PARKING REQUIREMENT FOR THE
 ADDITIONAL BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE (IN ADDITION TO WHAT
 IS PROVIDED ON SITE) IS MET.
  
 3.) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION FROM PERMITS
 TABULATED FOR THE YEAR EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S
 VALUE ($175,524.00) ACCORDING TO THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SECTION
 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE SHALL BE
 IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN
 ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE SITE CONFORMS TO
 ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH THE
 PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO
 ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS
 PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND IRRIGATION
 PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL TO BRING THE
 SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
