 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ABOVE PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 RESPONSE: ENGINEER OF RECORD SUBMITTED A LETTER WITH A
 GENERAL STATEMENT STATING "I HAVE REVIEWED THE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR DOORS, WINDOWS AND ROOFING. THEY ARE
 ACCEPTABLE FOR USE ON THE ABOVE REFERENCED PROJECT."
 THIS LETTER IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. THIS LETTER IS TOO
 GENERAL AND DOESN'T IDENTIFY WHICH SPECIFIC PRODUCT
 APPROVALS WERE REVIEWED. ENGINEER TO EITHER
 PROVIDE APPROVAL STAMP OR IN WRITING ON THE FRONT PAGE
 OF EACH PRODUCT APPROVAL OR CLEARLY IDENTIFY EACH
 PRODUCT WITH THE PRODUCT APPROVAL NUMBER AND SPECIFIC
 MODEL.
