 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) THE ADDRESS OF 2018 FLORIDA AVE. ON THE STRUCTURAL
 DRAWING SIGNED AND SEALED BY SHAWN STAMBAUGH, PE 61850
 IS NOT CORRECT. PLEASE CHANGE IT TO 529 BISCAYNE DR.
  
 2) THIS REVISION INCREASES THE SCOPE OF WORK AND
 INCREASES THE COST OF THE PROJECT. SPECIFY THE INCREASE
 IN VALUE FOR THE PROPOSED ADDITIONAL WORK. BUILDING
 PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF
 FBC 109.3 BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC,
 PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH, RELATIVE SITE
 WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS,
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 3) THERE APPEARS TO BE A DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE
 ARCHITECTURAL AND STRUCTURAL PLANS WITH REGARDS TO THE
 TWO WALLS AT EACH END OF THE COVERED FRONT PORCH. THE
 ARCHITECTURAL PLANS APPEAR TO SHOW SOLID MASONRY WALLS
 AND THE STRUCTURAL PLAN SPECIFIES A WOOD FRAME WALL AND
 REFERS TO THE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS FOR DETAILS. PLEASE
 CLARIFY AND PROVIDE PROVIDE WALL DETAILS AND WALL
 SECTIONS. SPECIFY THE STUD SIZE AND SPACING, WALL
 SHEATHING, WATER RESISTIVE BARRIER, EXTERIOR WALL
 COVERING, ETC. FBC AMENDMENTS 107.2.1
  
 4) PLEASE SUBMIT A RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH
 OF THE REVIEW COMMENTS HAS BEEN ADDRESSED.
