 IT IS NOT A ENCLOSED STAIRWAY Y WITH LANDING AND DOOR
 SWINGING OUT WHICH WOULD IMPEDE THE EXITING FROM THE
 REAR OF THE BUILDING. A EXIT ACCESS STAIR CAN ONLY
 COMMUNICATE ATMOSPHERICALLY WITH 2 STORIES. IS THIS A
 EXIT ACCESS STAIR TO COMPLY WITH SECTION 1019 OR IS IT
 A INTERIOR EXIT STAIRWAY THAT WOULD NEED TO COMPLY WITH
 SECTION 1023 OF THE 2020FBC-BUILDING CODE.

 WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC TO
 THE TECHNICAL CODES. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT
 WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
