 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET S1:
  
 1A) PLEASE REVIEW THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA FOR WIND.
 THE WIND EXPOSURE IS STATED AS A B EXPOSURE. PLEASE
 REVIEW THE OPEN WATER TO THE NORTHWEST EXPOSURE WHEN
 PROJECTING A VECTOR OUT OVER THE WATER THERE IS
 APPROXIMATELY 6,000 FEET OF CLEAR WATER, IT ONLY TAKES
 5,000 FT TO PUT THIS SITE INTO AN EXPOSURE D, THE ONLY
 QUALIFYING DISTANCE IS ON THAT SAME VECTOR WE MEASURE
 THE DISTANCE FORM YOUR SITE TO THE WATER LINE.
 WHEN DOING SO IF WE REACH THE WATER LINE BEFORE 600 FT,
 IT WOULD KICK IT INTO AN EXPOSURE D. THE DISTANCE TO
 THE WATERLINE IS APPROXIMATELY 1,000 FEET, PUTTING THIS
 A VERY HIGH EXPOSURE C.
  
  
 1B) WITH THE NEW EXPOSURE PLEASE APPLY THE ADJUSTMENT
 FACTORS FOR HEIGHT AND EXPOSURE TO THE SUBMITTED ROOF
 AND WALL ZONES. TABLE 1609.7(2) ADJUSTMENT FACTORS FOR
 HEIGHT & EXPOSURE. PROVIDE THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT FOR THE
 BUILDING. ASCE 7-10 TABLE 30.3.1. 1609.3.1 WIND SPEED
 CONVERSION VULT TO VASD.
  
 1C) THE COMPONENTS AND CLADDING PRESSURE CHART FOR ROOF
 AND WALL ZONES, PLEASE SPECIFY THESE PRESSURES ARE IN
 VASD, SERVICE LOADS, SINCE THE PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE IN
 VASD. THANK YOU. 107.2.1.2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 1D) BELOW THE COMPONENTS & CLADDING PRESSURE CHART
 THERE IS A ROOF & WALL ZONE FIGURE SHOWING ROOF ZONES
 AND WALL ZONES BOTH SHOW THE CORNER ZONES FOR THE ROOF
 AND WALLS, WHAT IS MISSING IS THE VALUE
 O F ?H?, THERE IS NO ELEVATION VIEW OF THE STRUCTURE.
  
 1E) SINCE THERE IS NO ELEVATIONS OF THE SIDES OF THE
 BUILDING AND THE LOCATION OF THE MAN DOOR, IF IT IS 3
 FEET WIDE OR A PAIR OF DOORS 6 FEET WIDE DOOR, IN SWING
 OR OUT-SWING AND IN WALL ZONE 4 OR 5. THE SAME ISSUE IS
 WITH THE ROLL UP DOOR. 107.2.1.2. ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
