 GENERATED UPON THE RE-REVIEW OF SUBMITTED CORRECTIONS.
  
 1. WOULD YOU PLEASE PROVIDE MANUFACTURES SPECIFICATIONS
 FOR GAS TANKLESS AND STOVE EQUIPMENT TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH 2020 FBC RES. SEC. G2408.1. GAS
 APPLIANCES SHALL BE LISTED AND LABELED. THE
 INSTALLATION MANUALS FOR ALL GAS APPLIANCES/EQUIPMENT
 SHALL BE ONSITE AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION PER THE 2020
 FBC RES. SEC. G2413.2 AND G2404.3.
  
 2. IF UTILITIES PROVIDE A REGULATOR, NO SPECIFICATIONS
 ARE REQUIRED BUT SUBMIT THE MANUFACTURER'S
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PRESSURE REGULATORS IF ONE IS
 INSTALLED. REGULATORS INSTALLED ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE
 BUILDING SHALL BE APPROVED FOR OUTDOOR INSTALLATION PER
 THE 2020 FBC RES. SEC. G2421.1. A REGULATOR IS REQUIRED
 TO BRING THE SYSTEM DOWN TO 10.5 WC ON THE HEART, BUT
 THE FPU REGULATOR MAY STEP DOWN FOR THIS SYSTEM.
  
 3. THE SHUT OFF INSIDE SHALL BE ACCESSIBLE WITHOUT
 MOVING THE EQUIPMENT PER THE 2020 FBC SEC. G2403 (202)
 GD, ACCESS.
  
 4. WOULD YOU PLEASE SUBMIT A HOUSE PLAN SHOWING THE
 LOCATION OF THE TANK-LESS WATER HEATER AND THE LOCATION
 AND DISTANCE OF ANY OPERABLE DOORS OR WINDOWS IN
 RELATION TO THE WATER HEATER? THE LOCATION OF THE WATER
 HEATER SHALL COMPLY WITH THE MANUFACTURER'S
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS. THE HOUSE PLAN CAN BE
 HAND-DRAWN PER THE WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC SEC.
 107.2.1. INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.

 INSULATED WITH A MINIMUM R-3 PER THE 2020 FBC SEC. RE

 7. THE CLAIMED VALUE APPEARS TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON
 THE APPLICATION; PLEASE PROVIDE AN ITEMIZED DOCUMENT
 PER THE WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC 109.3. BUILDING
 PERMITS VALUATIONS. THE PLUMBING APPLICATION AND THE
 OVERALL VALUE IS LOW. WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC 109.3
 BUILDING PERMITS VALUATIONS. SUPPOSE, IN THE OPINION OF
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF THE

 UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION. IN THAT CASE, THE
 PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED UNLESS THE APPLICANT CAN SHOW
 DETAILED QUANTITY ESTIMATES AND/OR BONA FIDE SIGNED
 CONTRACTS (EXCLUDING LAND VALUE) TO MEET THE APPROVAL
 OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE VALUATION OF BUILDINGS
 AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE FOR
 PERMITTING PURPOSES, INCLUDING STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC,
 PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH, RELATIVE SITE
 WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS,
 OVERHEAD, AND PROFIT, EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. THE FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE
 VALUE HAS BEEN CHANGED, AND FEES AND NOC IS REQUIRED,
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS, PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY NECESSARY PAGES.
 A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
