 1) THE ENLARGED SITE PLAN MONUMENT SHEET LISTS THE
 SETBACK FROM THE PROPERTY LINE AT 12.7 FEET, YET THE
 SIGN LOCATION AS DEPICTED ON THE PLAN SHOWS IT
 IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT TO THE 10-FOOT WIDE UTILITY
 EASEMENT. THE SITE PLAN NEEDS TO SHOW THE SIGN IN THE
 CORRECT LOCATION BASED ON THE SETBACK (THIS OCCURRED ON
 THE ORIGINAL PLAN). NOTE: THE SIGN AS SHOWN WOULD HAVE
 THE SIGN FOOTER ENCROACHING THE EASEMENT, WHICH IS NOT
 PERMITTED.
  
 2) YOU SHOULD REVIEW THE NEW SIGN PLACEMENT AS IT
 RELATES TO THE EXISTING (AND TO REMAIN) BACK FLOW
 VALVES AND THE MINIMUM HEIGHT 36-INCH TALL SILVER SAW
 PALMETTO SHRUBS THAT ARE REQUIRED TO SCREEN THEM. THESE
 SHRUBS MAY NOT BE TRIMMED LOWER THAN THE 36 INCHES, SO
 PLAN THE SIGN LOCATION ACCORDINGLY.

 THE SIGN NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED AS A LANDSCAPE PERMIT ON
 A PLAN SIGNED AND SEALED BY A FLORIDA REGISTERED
 LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE SIGN
 MAY BE INCLUDED WITH THE OVERALL SITE LANDSCAPE PERMIT
