 1) PROVIDE A SURVEY SHOWING ALL EASEMENTS AND SHOW ALL
 EASEMENTS AND FEATURES THAT ARE TO REMAIN AND CLEARLY
 SHOW THE SIGN AVOIDING THE EASEMENTS AND FEATURES.
  
 2) THE SITE PLAN AND ENLARGED SITE PLAN SHOW THE SIGNS
 IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS.
  
 3) REPEAT COMMENT: THE ENLARGED SITE PLAN MONUMENT
 SHEET LISTS THE SETBACK FROM THE EDGE OF PAVEMENT AT 25
 FEET, YET THE SIGN LOCATION AS DEPICTED SCALES AT 30
 FEET FROM THE EDGE OF PAVEMENT. THE FOOTER FOR THE SIGN
 AT 25 FEET ENCROACHES INTO AN EASEMENT, WHILE THE SIGN
 AT 30 FEET AVOIDS THE 10-FOOT EASEMENT. NO PART OF THE
 SIGN MAY BE IN THE EASEMENT. PROVIDE ACCURATE, SCALED
 DIMENSIONS ON THE ENLARGED SITE PLAN MONUMENT SHEET
 VERIFYING THAT THE SIGN FOOTER DOES NOT ENCROACH THE
 EASEMENT. THE SETBACK FROM THE PROPERTY LINE MUST ALSO
 BE INCLUDED. NOTE: BASED ON THE SIZE/CONFIGURATION OF
 THE FOOTER SHOWN ON SHEET 06, A 10.9-FOOT SETBACK FROM
 THE PROPERTY LINE TO THE EDGE OF THE SIGN WILL KEEP THE
 SIGN FOOTER OUT OF THE EASEMENT.
  
 4) REPEAT COMMENT: YOU NEED TO REVIEW THE NEW SIGN
 PLACEMENT AS IT APPEARS TO BE PLACED IN CONFLICT WITH A
 GROUP OF LARGE FPL TRANSFORMERS. STAFF HAS REVIEWED THE
 SIGN LOCATION THAT IS SHOWN ON THE CURRENT SITE PLAN
 AND IT APPEARS THAT THE TRANSFORMERS WILL BLOCK ONE
 SIDE OF THE SIGN. NOTE: THE EXISTING DRIVEWAY, WITH THE
 EXISTING MONUMENT SIGN, IS BEING REMOVED AND THE
 DRIVEWAY IS BEING REBUILT APPROXIMATELY 130 FEET TO THE
 SOUTH ALONG WEST EXECUTIVE CENTER DRIVE, SO THE SURVEY
 PHOTOS OF THE PROPOSED SIGN ARE NOT ACCURATE. IT IS
 EVIDENT THAT THE DRIVEWAY RELOCATION HAS NOT BEEN
 FACTORED INTO THE SIGN PLACEMENT AND THAT VISIBILITY
 WILL BE AN ISSUE AT THE PROPOSED LOCATION.

 TOTAL PERMITTED - 988.2 SF
  
 NOTE: THE LANDSCAPE SHEET HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THIS
 PERMIT APPLICATION. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE BASE OF
 THE SIGN NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED AS A LANDSCAPE PERMIT ON
 A PLAN SIGNED AND SEALED BY A FLORIDA REGISTERED
 LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE SIGN
 MAY BE INCLUDED WITH THE OVERALL SITE LANDSCAPE PERMIT
 LANDSCAPE PLAN.
