 1) THE OVERALL SITE PLAN IS NOT THE APPROVED PLAN. THE
 ENLARGED SITE PLAN MONUMENT SHEET DOES SHOW THE
 APPROVED CONDITIONS. PROVIDE THE CORRECT OVERALL SITE
 PLAN.
  
 2) PROVIDE A SURVEY THAT SHOWS THE LENGTH OF THE
 PROPERTY FRONTAGE ALONG WEST EXECUTIVE CENTER DRIVE.
 NOTE: SINCE THIS IS A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT, YOU MAY USE
 THE FULL FRONTAGE FOR BOTH THE BJS AND THE BRANDSMART
 PARCELS. THE OVERALL PERMITTED SIGN SQUARE FOOTAGE WILL
 BE BASED ON THE AMOUNT OF FRONTAGE.
  
 3) THE ENLARGED SITE PLAN MONUMENT SHEET SHOWS THE SIGN
 FOOTER ENCROACHING INTO WHAT APPEARS TO BE AN EASEMENT
 (EASEMENT VERIFICATION WILL BE SHOWN ON THE SURVEY
 REQUIRED BY COMMENT #2), WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED.
 PROVIDE ACCURATE, SCALED DIMENSIONS ON THE ENLARGED
 SITE PLAN MONUMENT SHEET VERIFYING THAT THE SIGN FOOTER
 DOES NOT ENCROACH THE EASEMENT.
  
 4) PLEASE NOTE SINCE THIS IS A DOUBLE-FACED SIGN, THE
 TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE IS 240 SQUARE FEET (120 SF X 2).
  
 5) PROVIDE THE SITE TRIANGLE INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH SECTION 94-305(E) FOR THE INTERSECTION OF WEST
 EXECUTIVE CENTER DRIVE AND THE DEVELOPMENT?S ACCESS
 DRIVE ON THE ENLARGED SITE PLAN MONUMENT 1 SHEET SO
 THAT STAFF CAN VERIFY THAT THE SIGN DOES NOT BLOCK
 VISIBILITY AT THE INTERSECTION.
  
 6) THE LANDSCAPE SHEET HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THIS
 PERMIT APPLICATION. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE BASE OF
 THE SIGN NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED AS A LANDSCAPE PERMIT ON
 A PLAN SIGNED AND SEALED BY A FLORIDA REGISTERED
 LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE SIGN
 MAY BE INCLUDED WITH THE OVERALL SITE LANDSCAPE PERMIT
 LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 7) SECTION 94-408(G)(1) LIMITS GASOLINE PRICE SIGNS TO
 ONE SIGN PER GASOLINE STATION. STAFF HAS NOTED THAT
 PYLON SIGN #1 AND MONUMENT SIGN #2 ALSO INCLUDES
 GASOLINE PRICES. YOU MUST DECIDE WHICH SIGN YOU WISH TO
 INCLUDE THE GASOLINE PRICES.
  
 8) PLEASE PROVIDE THE ILLUMINATION WATTAGE FOR THE
 DIGITAL PRICING PANEL BULBS. PER THE SIGN CODE, THE
 BULBS MAY NOT EXCEED 30 WATTS.
