 1) REPEAT COMMENT: THE PROPOSED HIGH FREESTANDING SIGN
 SQUARE FOOTAGE ALONG I-95 EXCEEDS WHAT IS PERMITTED.
 THE CODE PERMITS ONE SQUARE FOOT OF SIGNAGE FOR EACH
 ONE LINEAR FOOT OF FRONTAGE. THE SITE PLAN PROVIDED
 WITH THE RESUBMITTAL SHOWS 1,191.5 LINEAR FEET OF
 FRONTAGE. THE EXISTING PLUS PROPOSED SIGN SQUARE
 FOOTAGE IS 1,200 SF. ***** THE RESPONSE INCORRECTLY
 ADDS THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE TWO NEW LOW FREESTANDING
 SIGNS PLUS THE NEW HIGH FREESTANDING SIGN. THESE ARE
 TWO SEPARATE SIGNA ALLOWANCES. THE EXISTING BRANDSMART
 SIGN, WHICH THE INCLUDED PHOTO SHOWS AS 20 FEET X 16
 FEET = 320 SF PER FACE, FOR A TOTAL OF 640 SF. THIS IS
 THEN ADDED TO YOUR PROPOSED HIGH FREESTANDING SIGN AND
 RESULTS IN TOO MUCH SQUARE FOOTAGE AS SHOWN BELOW.

 PROPOSED HIGH FREESTANDING SIGN - 560 SF
 TOTAL PROPOSED - 1,200 SF
 TOTAL PERMITTED - 1,191.5 SF
  
 NOTE: THE LANDSCAPE SHEET HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THIS
 PERMIT APPLICATION. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE BASE OF
 THE SIGN NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED AS A LANDSCAPE PERMIT ON
 A PLAN SIGNED AND SEALED BY A FLORIDA REGISTERED
 LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE SIGN
 MAY BE INCLUDED WITH THE OVERALL SITE LANDSCAPE PERMIT
