 1) PROVIDE A SURVEY THAT SHOWS THE LENGTH OF THE
 PROPERTY FRONTAGE ALONG I-95. NOTE: SINCE THIS IS A
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT, YOU MAY USE THE FULL FRONTAGE FOR
 BOTH THE BJS AND THE BRANDSMART PARCELS. THE OVERALL
 PERMITTED SIGN SQUARE FOOTAGE WILL BE BASED ON THE
 AMOUNT OF FRONTAGE.
  
 2) PROVIDE A DIAGRAM SHOWING THE DIMENSIONS OF THE
 EXISTING HIGH FREESTANDING SIGN ALONG THE I-95
 FRONTAGE. THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE PROPOSED SIGN PLUS
 THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE PROPOSED SIGN MAY NOT EXCEED
 THE SQUARE FOOTAGE BASED ON THE FRONTAGE BASED ON
 COMMENT #1.
  
 3) PLEASE NOTE SINCE THIS IS A DOUBLE-FACED SIGN, THE
 TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE IS 612 SQUARE FEET (306 SF X 2).
  
 4) THE LANDSCAPE SHEET HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THIS
 PERMIT APPLICATION. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE BASE OF
 THE SIGN NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED AS A LANDSCAPE PERMIT ON
 A PLAN SIGNED AND SEALED BY A FLORIDA REGISTERED
 LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE SIGN
 MAY BE INCLUDED WITH THE OVERALL SITE LANDSCAPE PERMIT
 LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 5) SECTION 94-408(G)(1) LIMITS GASOLINE PRICE SIGNS TO
 ONE SIGN PER GASOLINE STATION. STAFF HAS NOTED THAT
 MONUMENT SIGNS #1 AND #2 ALSO INCLUDE GASOLINE PRICES.
 YOU MUST DECIDE WHICH ONE SIGN YOU WISH TO INCLUDE THE
 GASOLINE PRICES.
  
 6) PLEASE PROVIDE THE ILLUMINATION WATTAGE FOR THE
 DIGITAL PRICING PANEL BULBS. PER THE SIGN CODE, THE
 BULBS MAY NOT EXCEED 30 WATTS.
