 SEC. 702.6 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. ALL NEW WORK SHALL
 COMPLY WITH THE MATERIALS AND METHODS REQUIREMENTS IN
 THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
  
 1- IT IS NOT CLEAR IF STUCCO WORK IS ON ENTIRE HOUSE OR
 ON CERTAIN WALLS ONLY. PROVIDE SKETCH SHOWING AREAS OF
 WORK. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 2- NEED TO SPECIFY TWO WATER RESISTIVE BARRIERS WHEN
 STUCCO IS APPLIED TO WOOD AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R703.7.3
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 3- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS. UPDATE VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL
 COSTS.
