 A COMPLETE SET OF 2020 CODE VERSION PRODUCT
 APPROVALS/NOA'S FOR THE PROPOSED FLAT ROOF SYSTEM TO BE
 USED. INCLUDE COVER PAGE, EVALUATION REPORTS AND
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR SYSTEM USED. ALL
 APPLICABLE DETAILS AND ATTACHMENTS MUST BE CLEARLY
 IDENTIFIED ON THE PRODUCT APPROVAL DRAWINGS. DETAILS
 AND ATTACHMENTS NOT SPECIFICALLY COVERED IN PRODUCT
 APPROVALS WILL NEED SITE-SPECIFIC ENGINEERING.
 2. FBC B 107.2.1. CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH IS NOT
 LOCATED IN A HVHZ AND HAS NOT ADOPTED RAS 128. SUBMIT
 FASTENER DENSITY CALCULATIONS PREPARED, SIGNED AND
 SEALED BY A FLORIDA REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER,
 REGISTERED ARCHITECT, OR REGISTERED ROOF CONSULTANT.
 3. FBC R 905.1.1 ASPHALT SHINGLE, METAL, MINERAL
 SURFACE, SLATE AND SLATE-TYPE ROOFING MUST COMPLY WITH
 NEW 2020 BUILDING CODE UNDERLAYMENT REQUIREMENTS.
 PROVIDE METHOD OF COMPLIANCE. (IF USING DOUBLE 30# FELT
 INDICATE ON ROOF DRAWING/SKETCH).
 4. FBC B 107.2.1 FOR CLARITY PLEASE REVISE ROOF
 DIAGRAM/SKETCH AND SHOW THE AREAS TO RECEIVE NEW
 ROOFING CLEARLY IDENTIFIED ON DRAWING; INCLUDE ROOF
 SLOPE(S), MEAN ROOF HEIGHT(S).
 5. FBC EB 706.6 PROVIDE A FLASHING DETAIL DRAWING FOR
 THE EXISTING SECOND STORY WALLS.
 6. WPB A 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATIONS APPEARS TO BE
 UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE
 DENIED, UNLESS THE APPLICANT CAN SHOW DETAILED,
 QUANTITY ESTIMATES. VALUE TO INCLUDE LABOR AND
 MATERIALS, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, OVERHEAD AND
 PROFIT.
