 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE REVISION 21120607 DOES NOT SHOW A INCREASE IN
 VALUE ALL TOUGH THE PLANS CLEARLY SHOW A SUBSTANIAL
 INCREASE IN THE SCOPE OF WORK.
 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION.
 IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE
 CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE,
 ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS
 APPEARS TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE
 PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISHES, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR
 BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING
 COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS.
  
 2) SHEET A-3.1 & A-3.2 BOTH SHOW A NEW VERTICAL
 PLATFORM LIFT. THE FLOOR PLAN DOES NOT PROVIDE A
 DETAIL/ SECTION OF THE VERTICAL SHAFT NOR THE HOUR
 RATING OF HE SHAFT NOR RATING OF THE OPENING
 PROTECTIVES ( FIRE RATED DOORS). 2017 FBC-BUILDING CODE
 SECTIONS 707.3.1 SHAFT CONSTRUCTION, 3002.1 HOISTWAY
 ENCLOSURE PROTECTION AND OPENING PROTECTION TABLE

 3) THE PLAN STATES A PLATFORM LIFT, PLATFORM LIFTS NEED
 TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 410 OF THE 2017 ACCESS.
 CODE. DOES THE DESIGNER OF RECORD MEAN A LULA LIFT IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH 408 OF THE 2017 ACCESSIBILITY CODE.
 PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS, SECTIONS AND THE APPROPRIATE
 LITERATURE FOR THE TYPE OF LIFT TO BE INSTALLED.
 107.2.1.2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 4) THE SHEET A-2.2 DATED 2/10/2021 SHOWER STAIRS TO
 CHOIR LOFT TO BE DEMOLISHED, WOOD PLATFORM FRAME OVER
 EXISTING METAL POST TO REMAIN, THIS WAS THE SHEET THAT
 WAS PERMITTED, NO STAIRWAY TO THE CHOIR LOFT.
 THIS REVISION # 2 SHEETS A5.1 AND A-7.1 AND OTHER
 SHEETS SHOW A NEW SPIRAL STAIRWAY FROM THE BASEMENT
 LEVEL, TO FIRST FLOOR AND TO THE CHOIR LOFT. NEITHER
 LIFE SAFETY SHEET A.3.3 LIFE SAFETY SHEET BASEMENT NOR
 A3.4 THE FIRST FLOOR LIFE SAFETY SHEET SHOW THE SPIRAL
 STAIR PART OF THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN.
  
 4A) THE DOORS LEADING THE STAIRWAY VERTICAL SHAFT DO
 NOT GIVE ANY SIZE NOR FIRE RATING. 2017 FBC-B 1010.1.1
 AND TABLE 716.5 OPENING PROTECTIVES.
  
 4B) THE COVERSHEET NOR ANY LIFE SAFETY SHEET GIVE THE
 OCCUPANT LOAD OF THE CHOIR LOFT, THIS IS NEEDED TO
 DETERMINE THE OCCUPANT LOAD TO USE THE STAIR TO THE
 CHOIR LOFT. 107.2.1.2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED.
 PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE FOR 1011.10 SPIRAL STAIRWAY AND
 AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF NOT MORE THAN 5 OCCUPNTS.
  
 4C) IF THE SPIRAL STAIRCASE CAN BE CONSIDERED A MEANS
 OF EGRESS PLEASE PROVIDE SHOP DRAWINGS IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH 1011. 10 & 1011.11.
  
 5) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
