 1-LOT DRAINAGE. PROPOSED WORK AFFECTS THE LOT DRAINAGE.
 PROVIDE DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWING HOW THE SURFACE DRAINAGE
 IS KEPT WITHIN THE LOT AND NOT DIVERTED TO ADJACENT
 PROPERTIES. PROVIDE DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE FOLLOWING SECTIONS: R401.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 SEC. 107.2.5 CITY AMENDMENTS AND SEC. 110.9 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.

 INCHES O.C. IN THE FIELD AND EDGES AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R803.2.3.1 AND TABLE R803.2.3.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. REVISE
 SPECIFICATIONS OR PROVIDE CALCULATIONS SHOWING THAT
 SPECIFIED NAIL TYPE AND SPACING MATCHES OR EXCEEDS
 TABLE R803.2.3.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.

 8- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 9- HOUSE IS DESIGNED WITH UNVENTED ATTIC. ENGINEER IS
 SPECIFYING R-20 SPRAY INSULATION. PROVIDE ICC
 EVALUATION REPORT FOR THIS FOAM TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE
 WITH SEC. R316 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 NOTE: ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE THE
 REPORT IN WRITING PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL TO THIS OFFICE.
  
 10-PROVIDE BOUNDARY SURVEY SHOWING THE PROPOSED
 BUILDING SETBACKS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.2.5 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
