 1. NEW SITE DRAINAGE PLAN, C-1, DESIGNED BY ANDRE M
 WEBSTER, PE, HAS BEEN SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW.
 1A) AOR SHALL REVIEW AND APPROVE NEW SITE DRAINAGE
 PLAN. C-1. ANDRE M WEBSTER IS NOT PART OF THE ORIGINAL
 DESIGN TEAM AND IS CONSIDERED A SPECIALTY ENGINEER,
 UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED BY THE AOR.
 1B) AOR SHALL STATE SITE DRAINAGE PLAN C-1 WILL REPLACE
 SITE DRAINAGE PLAN L-2.00, APPROVED UNDER PERMIT
 21080593.
  
 2. PLEASE ADVISE IF DESIGNER OF NEW SITE DRAINAGE PLAN,
 C-1, ANDRE M WEBSTER, PE WILL BE REPLACING THE EOR,
 LEONARD YYLKA, JR, PE AS THE PROJECT EOR.
  
 3. INDICATE ON SITE DRAINAGE PLAN, C-1, THE
 INSTALLATION OF THE 4 INCH PERFORATED PVC PIPE ALONG
 THE INTERIOR OF THE TIMBER WALL. PLAN INDICATES THIS
 PIPE WILL BE CONNECTED TO PIPING TO PROPOSED
 EXFILTRATION TRENCH.
  
 4. PROVIDE 3 TOPOGRAPHICAL SECTION VIEWS OF THE AREA
 BETWEEN THE PROPOSED TIMBER WALL AND THE EXISTING
 RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE, INCLUDETHE EXISTING TOP OF GRADE
 (TOG) ELEVATIONS OF THE ADJACENT PROPERTY,
 THE TOP OF WALL (TOW) ELEVATIONS AND THE PROPOSED (TOG)
 ELEVATIONS OF THE OF THIS AREA. TOPOGRAPHICAL SECTION
 VIEWS SHALL BE FOR THE BEGINNING, MIDDLE AND END OF THE
 PROPOSED TIMBER WALL.
  
 5. NOTE # 1, PLAN PAGE C-1 STATES "ELEVATIONS ALONG
 PROPERTY LINE WILL BE GRADED TO PREVENT WATER FROM
 ENTERING OF LEAVING THE SITE". DETAIL E/7.04 IN
 APPROVED PERMIT 21080593 INDICATES DRAINAGE PIPES SHALL
 EXTEND 1 FOOT BEYOND ASPHALT. PLEASE SUBMIT A REVISION
 TO DETAIL E, PLAN PAGE 7.04,
  
 6. NOTE # 2, PLAN PAGE C-1. IF NOTE #1 APPLIES,
 IDENTIFY LOCATION OF SWALE WITHIN THE PROPERTY
 BOUNDRIES.
