 ARCHITECT SHOWN ON THE TITTLE BLOCK. ALL
 DRAWINGS/DOCUMENTS NEED TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED AS
 REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 481 F.S. WHEN SUBMITTING
 DRAWINGS/DOCUMENTS FOR PUBLIC RECORDS.
  
 NOTE: SUBMIT DRAWINGS ELECTRONICALLY WITH DIGITAL
 SIGNATURE OR PROVIDE HARD COPY WITH ORIGINAL SEAL AND
 SIGNATURE.
  
 2- DEMOLITION FLOOR PLAN SHOWS COMPLETE DEMOLITION OF
 THE REAR BEARING WALL. THIS WALL IS SUPPORTING THE
 PITCHED ROOF. DEMOLITION PLAN DOESN'T PROVIDE ANY
 INFORMATION SHOWING HOW THE ROOF IS GOING TO BE
 TEMPORARY SUPPORTED WHILE THE HOUSE ALTERATION PERMIT
 IS OBTAINED. SEC. R3011.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. SEC.
 1047.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 NOTE: THIS PERMIT IS FOR DEMOLITION ONLY. NOT
 CONSTRUCTION IS ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. AT THE TIME
 OF BUILDING REVIEW, THERE IS NOT PERMIT APPLICATION
 SUBMITTED FOR THE ALTERATION OF THE HOUSE. THERE IS A
 CONCERN ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THE STRUCTURE IF THE WALL
 IS REMOVED. SEC. 101.3 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 3-VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. UPDATE VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL COSTS,
 INCLUDING DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES.
  
 4- GENERAL NOTES SHOWN ON THE SAME DRAWING DON'T SEEM
 TO APPLY TO THIS JOB. ALSO, THIS PERMIT IS FOR
 DEMOLITION ONLY. PLEASE REMOVE NOTES TO AVOID
 CONFLICTS/DELAYS. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
