 1- TITLE BLOCK IN ALL PLANS STATE "KIPS BAY SHOW
 HOUSE". PERMIT APPLICATION SHOWS "KIPS BAY BOYS & GIRLS
 CLUB" AS THE TENANT FOR THIS BUILDING. AND, ARCHITECT
 STATES ON SHEET A.01 THE FOLLOWING NOTE: "SHOW HOUSE;
 VISITORS CAPACITY WILL BE LIMITED TO 75 PERSONS WITHIN
 A 2-HOUR TIME SLOT. WHEN TICKETS ARE PURCHASED FOR THE
 SHOW HOUSE A TIME SLOT WILL BE ISSUED. SHOW HOUSE SHALL
 FOLLOW CDC GUIDELINES FOR COVID-19"
 USE OF THIS BUILDING IS NOT CLEAR. THIS IS A SINGLE
 FAMILY RESIDENCE. BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED, IT
 LOOKS LIKE THIS BUILDING IS GOING TO BE USED AS A CLUB.
 ARCHITECT TO PROVIDE CLEAR INFORMATION ON THE PROPOSED
 USE. REVIEW WILL BE PERFORMED BASED ON THE ARCHITECT'S
 RESPONSE. REVISE PLANS AS REQUIRED TO IDENTIFY USE OF
 THIS BUILDING. SEC. 102.2 CITY AMENDMENTS. SEC. 107.2.1
 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 2- ALL PLANS LABEL THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE GARAGE/APT
 BUILDING AS "KITCHEN". USE OF THIS BUILDING IS NOT
 CLEAR. COORDINATE WITH ITEM #1 ABOVE. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 3- APPLICABLE CODES INFORMATION SHOWN SHEET A.01
 REFERENCES 2017 FBC, 6TH EDITION. CURRENT CODE IS 2020
 FBC, 7TH EDITION. REVISE AS REQUIRED. CHAPTER 553 F.S.
  
 4- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. UPDATE VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL COSTS,
 INCLUDING DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES OR PROVIDE COPY OF
 SIGNED CONTRACTS, INCLUDING DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES
 (IF ANY)FOR BUILDING OFFICIAL APPROVAL.

 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
 THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR
 SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL
