 CONCRETE BLOCK WALL IS GOING TO BE BUILT. PROVIDE
 COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS. SPECIFY FOOTING
 SIZE AND REINFORCEMENT. SPECIFY CONCRETE BLOCK WALL
 VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL REINFORCEMENT. SEC. R301.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 NOTE: FOOTING CAN NOT ENCROACH INTO NEIGHBOR'S
 PROPERTY. TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN DESIGNING
 THE FOOTING.
  
 2- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN

 CITY AMENDMENTS. REVISE VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL SCOPE
 OF WORK OR PROVIDE COMPLETE BREAKDOWN INCLUDING DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES (IF ANY) FOR BUILDING OFFICIAL
