 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) A PERMIT APPLICATION WAS SUBMITTED THE SCOPE OF WORK
 INDICATES REPLACEMENT OF FLOORING. VALUE OF THE PROJECT
 $4,500.00 DOLLARS ILLEGIBLE SQ. FT. THE APPLICATION
 DOES NOT PROVIDE WHAT TYPE OF FLOOR FINISH IS TO BE
 INSTALLED. TWO SHEETS WITH TITLE STATING LOCKING
 ENGINEERED BAMBOO WOOD FLOORING BUT THE 2 SHEETS AGAIN
 ARE ILLEGIBLE. 2020 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION
 107.2.1. NO FLOOR PLAN WAS SUBMITTED INDICATING WHAT
 ROOMS ARE TO RECEIVE THE NEW FLOORING, PROVIDE THE
 SQUARE FOOTAGE PLEASE.
 W.P.B. ADMINISTRATIVE CODE/2020 DRAWINGS &
 SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM
 OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS,
 WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 TECHNICAL CODES. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT
 WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 2) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
