 3. PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS OF FACADE PROJECTIONS
 (AWNINGS) VERTICAL CLEARANCE IS 8' MIN, HORIZONTAL
 PROJECTION IS 3' MIN AND 8' MAX.
  
 4. ANY NEW GROUND-MOUNTED MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SHALL BE
 SCREENED FROM VIEW WITH LANDSCAPE HEDGES. ANY NEW
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT ON THE ROOF SHALL BE SCREENED FROM
 VIEW WITH A SCREEN EQUAL TO THE HEIGHT OF THE
 EQUIPMENT.
  
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE A RECENT SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY.
