 FOR 7 REQUIRED TREES, ONLY 2 MAY BE SUBSTITUTED WITH
 PALMS.
  
 3. SECTION 94-442 (G) FLORIDA FRIENDLY LANDSCAPE
 REQUIREMENTS
 LANDSCAPE PLAN MUST SATISFY A MINIMUM TOTAL OF 25
 POINTS FROM THE DESIGN OPTIONS CHART.
  
 PROVIDE THE REQUIRED 25 POINTS ON THE PLAN.
  
 4. SECTION 94-445 (4) REQUIRED PLANT MATERIAL
 SPECIFICATIONS.
 SHADE AND FLOWERING TREES MINIMUM 12 FEET IN HEIGHT AND
 FLORIDA GRADE #1 OR BETTER QUALITY.

 TOLERANT SPECIES SELECTED FROM THE CITY LIST OR THE
 LIST OF SPECIES IN THE MOST RECENT EDITION OF SOUTH
 FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT WATERWISE SOUTH
 FLORIDA LANDSCAPES.
  
 PROVIDE THE ACTUAL PERCENTAGE ON PLAN.
  
 6. 825 SQ FT CANOPY MITIGATION DUE FROM TREE ALTERATION
 PERMIT TP21-1924 MUST BE CALCULATED FROM THE FINAL
 PLANT LIST CANOPY CREDITS.
  
 7. SHOW THE 5 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG THE NORTH
 PROPERTY LINE ON THE LANDSCPE PLAN.
