 THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SECTION. INTERIOR EXIT
 STAIRWAYS AND RAMPS SHALL BE ENCLOSED AND LEAD DIRECTLY
 TO THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING OR SHALL BE EXTENDED TO
 THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING WITH AN EXIT PASSAGEWAY
 CONFORMING TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 1024, EXCEPT
 AS PERMITTED IN SECTION 1028.1. AN INTERIOR EXIT

 EXTEND HORIZONTALLY NOT LESS THAN 12 INCHES (305 MM)
 BEYOND THE TOP RISER AND CONTINUE TO SLOPE FOR THE
 DEPTH OF ONE TREAD BEYOND THE BOTTOM RISER.

 12) PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLETE (FRONT PAGES AND THE
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS) MIAMI DADE OR FLORIDA STATE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE EXTERIOR WINDOWS, EXTERIOR
 DOORS, ROOFING SYSTEMS ETC. - ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS
 NEED TO BE REVIEWED AND MARKED APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 DESIGNER OF RECORD. FBC WPB 107.3.4
  
 13) ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM - PLEASE SHOW THE MIRROR
 DIMENSIONS FROM THE FINISHED FLOOR TO THE "REFLECTIVE
 SURFACE" - FBC A 603.3 MIRRORS.
 MIRRORS LOCATED ABOVE LAVATORIES OR COUNTERTOPS SHALL
 BE INSTALLED WITH THE BOTTOM EDGE OF THE REFLECTING
 SURFACE 40 INCHES (1015 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 14) ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM - PLEASE SHOW THE TOILET GRAB
 BARS MAXIMUM HEIGHT TO THE "TOP OF THE GRIPPING
 SURFACE" - FBC A 609.4 POSITION OF GRAB BARS.
 GRAB BARS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN A HORIZONTAL POSITION,
 33 INCHES (840 MM) MINIMUM AND 36 INCHES (915 MM)
 MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR MEASURED TO THE TOP OF
 THE GRIPPING SURFACE,
  
 15) ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM - PLEASE SHOW THE TOILET REAR
 GRAB BAR DIMENSIONS FROM THE CENTER OF THE TOILET PER -
 FBC A 604.5.2 REAR WALL.
 THE REAR WALL GRAB BAR SHALL BE 36 INCHES (915 MM) LONG
 MINIMUM AND EXTEND FROM THE CENTERLINE OF THE WATER
 CLOSET 12 INCHES (305 MM) MINIMUM ON ONE SIDE AND 24
 INCHES (610 MM) MINIMUM ON THE OTHER SIDE.
  
 16) PLEASE SHOW THE ROOF TOP RESTROOM TO COMPLY WITH
 ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS - FBC A 213.1
  
 17) SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR - PARKING LOT,
 SITE LIGHTING, SIGNS, DUMPSTER, REAR WALK CANOPY,
 FENCING. EACH WITH ITS OWN APPLICATION FILLED OUT AND
 SENT TO THE PERMIT LIBRARIAN.
  
 18 ) ITEMS SUCH AS ROOFING SYSTEMS, CANOPIES, ROOF TOP
 SCREENING, WINDOW AND DOOR PRODUCT APPROVALS MAY BE
 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS BY LISTING ITEMS TO BE DEFERRED ON
 THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS - FBC WPB 107.3.4.1 DEFERRED
 SUBMITTALS. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION, DEFERRED
 SUBMITTALS ARE DEFINED AS THOSE PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN
 THAT ARE NOT SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF THE APPLICATION
 AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
 WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD. DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL
 ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN
 RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS
 ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR REVIEW BY THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL. DOCUMENTS FOR DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 ITEMS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE REGISTERED DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE WHO SHALL REVIEW
 THEM AND FORWARD THEM TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITH A
 NOTATION INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE IN GENERAL
 CONFORMANCE TO THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING. THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED UNTIL THE
 DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL.
