 CORRECTIONS NEEDED -
  
 1) PLEASE SHOW ON THE DRAWINGS IF BUILDING IS
 SPRINKLERED OR NON-SPRINKLERED FBC CHAPTER 5
  
 2) PLEASE SHOW THE DIMENSION FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE
 OVERFLOW SCUPPER TO THE ROOF DECK - 1503.4.2.1 OVERFLOW
 SCUPPERS.
 WHEN OTHER MEANS OF DRAINAGE OF OVERFLOW WATER IS NOT
 PROVIDED, OVERFLOW SCUPPERS SHALL BE PLACED IN WALLS OR
 PARAPETS NOT LESS THAN 2 INCHES (51 MM) NOR MORE THAN 4
 INCHES (102 MM) ABOVE THE FINISHED ROOF COVERING AND
 SHALL BE LOCATED AS CLOSE AS PRACTICAL TO REQUIRED
 VERTICAL LEADERS OR DOWNSPOUTS OR WALL AND PARAPET
 SCUPPERS.
  
 3) DRAWING A.800 - DIMENSION TO THE BOTTOM OF THE
 MIRROR SHOULD SAY - 40" MAX. (NOT 40" MIN.). FBC A
 603.3
  
 4) THE EXISTING BUILDING FLOOR IS BEING RAISED - PLEASE
 SHOW THE NEW CEILING HEIGHT TO COMPLY WITH FBC 1208.2
 MINIMUM CEILING HEIGHTS.
 OCCUPIABLE SPACES, HABITABLE SPACES AND CORRIDORS SHALL
 HAVE A CEILING HEIGHT OF NOT LESS THAN 7 FEET 6 INCHES
 (2286 MM) ABOVE THE FINISHED FLOOR. BATHROOMS, TOILET
 ROOMS, KITCHENS, STORAGE ROOMS AND LAUNDRY ROOMS SHALL
 HAVE A CEILING HEIGHT OF NOT LESS THAN 7 FEET (2134 MM)
 ABOVE THE FINISHED FLOOR.
  
 5) PLEASE PROVIDE THE CIVIL PLAN FOR THE SITE DRAINAGE
 - PER NOTES ON DRAWING A.300 - FBC WPB 107.2.5 SITE
 PLAN. THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED WITH THE
 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY A SITE
 PLAN SHOWING TO SCALE THE SIZE AND LOCATION OF NEW
 CONSTRUCTION AND EXISTING STRUCTURES ON THE SITE,
 DISTANCES FROM LOT LINES, THE ESTABLISHED STREET GRADES
 AND THE PROPOSED FINISHED GRADES, DEPICTING THE
 PROPOSED LOT DRAINAGE AND, AS APPLICABLE, FLOOD HAZARD
 AREAS, FLOODWAYS, AND DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATIONS; AND IT
 SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN ACCURATE AND
