 CORRECTIONS NEEDED -
  
 1) PLEASE SHOW IF BUILDING IS SPRINKLERED OR
 NON-SPRINKLERED FBC CHAPTER 5
  
 2) BUILDING DEMOLITION TO BE ON A SEPARATE PERMIT.
  
 3) PLEASE SHOW A LANDING AT EACH EXTERIOR DOOR AND THE
 LANDING ELEVATION - FBC 1010.1.5 FLOOR ELEVATION.
 THERE SHALL BE A FLOOR OR LANDING ON EACH SIDE OF A
 DOOR. SUCH FLOOR OR LANDING SHALL BE AT THE SAME
 ELEVATION ON EACH SIDE OF THE DOOR. LANDINGS SHALL BE
 LEVEL EXCEPT FOR EXTERIOR LANDINGS, WHICH ARE PERMITTED
 TO HAVE A SLOPE NOT TO EXCEED 0.25 UNIT VERTICAL IN 12
 UNITS HORIZONTAL (2-PERCENT SLOPE).
  
 4) PLEASE PROVIDE A NOTE FOR THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY LOAD
 SIGNAGE - FBC 1004.9 POSTING OF OCCUPANT LOAD.
 EVERY ROOM OR SPACE THAT IS AN ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY SHALL
 HAVE THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF THE ROOM OR SPACE POSTED IN A
 CONSPICUOUS PLACE, NEAR THE MAIN EXIT OR EXIT ACCESS
 DOORWAY FROM THE ROOM OR SPACE, FOR THE INTENDED
 CONFIGURATIONS. POSTED SIGNS SHALL BE OF AN APPROVED
 LEGIBLE PERMANENT DESIGN AND SHALL BE MAINTAINED BY THE
 OWNER OR THE OWNER?S AUTHORIZED AGENT.
  
 5) DRAWING (S.100) AND (A.501) SHOW A STEP DOWN FROM
 THE INTERIOR - PLEASE SHOW THE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE FROM
 THE INSIDE AREA TO THE OUTSIDE PATIO - FBC A 206.2.5
 RESTAURANTS AND CAFETERIAS.
 IN RESTAURANTS AND CAFETERIAS, AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE
 SHALL BE PROVIDED TO ALL DINING AREAS, INCLUDING RAISED
 OR SUNKEN DINING AREAS, AND OUTDOOR DINING AREAS.
  
 6) PLEASE PRIVIDE A COUNT OF THE SEATING SPACES AND
 SHOW THE REQUIRED ACCESSIBLE DINING SURFACES PER FBC
 226.1 GENERAL.
 WHERE DINING SURFACES ARE PROVIDED FOR THE CONSUMPTION
 OF FOOD OR DRINK, AT LEAST 5 PERCENT OF THE SEATING
 SPACES AND STANDING SPACES AT THE DINING SURFACES SHALL
 COMPLY WITH 902.
  
 7) ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM - DOORS CANNOT SWING INTO
 FIXTURE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE (IF USING THE EXCEPTION
 PLEASE SHOW THE REQUIRED CLEAR FLOOR SPACE) FBC 603.2.3
 DOOR SWING.
 DOORS SHALL NOT SWING INTO THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE OR
 CLEARANCE REQUIRED FOR ANY FIXTURE. DOORS SHALL BE
 PERMITTED TO SWING INTO THE REQUIRED TURNING SPACE.
 EXCEPTIONS: 2.WHERE THE TOILET ROOM OR BATHING ROOM IS
 FOR INDIVIDUAL USE AND A CLEAR FLOOR SPACE COMPLYING
 WITH 305.3 IS PROVIDED WITHIN THE ROOM BEYOND THE ARC
 OF THE DOOR SWING, DOORS SHALL BE PERMITTED TO SWING
 INTO THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE OR CLEARANCE REQUIRED FOR
 ANY FIXTURE.
  
 8) ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM - PLEASE SHOW THE TOILET PAPER
 HOLDER LOCATION DIMENSION FROM THE FACE OF THE TOILET
 PER FBC 604.7 DISPENSERS.
 TOILET PAPER DISPENSERS SHALL COMPLY WITH 309.4 AND
 SHALL BE 7 INCHES (180 MM) MINIMUM AND 9 INCHES (230
 MM) MAXIMUM IN FRONT OF THE WATER CLOSET MEASURED TO
 THE CENTERLINE OF THE DISPENSER.
