 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. A CURRENT AND ACCURATE SURVEY SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 2. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OF ANY EXISTING TREES ON THE
 PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE OBTAINED
 FROM THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT ? PLANNING
 DIVISION. PLEASE CONTACT RAY CARANCI, SENIOR LANDSCAPE
 PLANNER, AT 561.822.1462.
  
 3. A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHALL BE OBTAIN FOR
 INSTALLATION OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIAL REQUIRED BY
 ARTICLE XIV OF THE CITY?S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS.
  
 4. DIMENSIONS SHALL BE PROVIDED FROM ALL MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT TO THE ADJACENT PROPERTY LINES.
  
 5. THE DIMENSION PROVIDED BETWEEN THE GARAGE AND THE
 FRONT PROPERTY LINE DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE CORRECT.
 ENSURE THAT ALL PLANS ARE DIMENSIONED CORRECTLY.
  
 6. PURSUANT TO SEC. 94-223(C)(3)(A) OF THE CITY?S
 ZLDRS, THE FRONT SETBACK OF THE HOUSE SHALL BE LOCATED
 WITHIN THE DEFINED CONTEXTUAL FRONT SETBACK OF ADJACENT
 PROPERTIES.
  
 7. AS THE PROPOSED STRUCTURE IS LOCATED AT THE SETBACK
 LINE, PLEASE PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE ROOF
 OVERHANG, AS MEASURED TO THE FURTHEST POINT. PURSUANT
 TO THE CITY?S ZLDRS, OVERHANGS SHALL NOT EXTEND MORE
 THAN THREE (3) FEET INTO ANY REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 8. AS DEFINED BY THE CITY?S ZLDRS, THE HEIGHT OF THE
 BUILDING SHALL BE MEASURED FROM GRAND TO THE MEAN POINT
 OF THE PITCHED ROOF; PLEASE DIMENSION ACCORDINGLY.
  
 9. IN THE WINDOW DETAIL, PLEASE PROVIDE THE DIMENSION
 OF THE RECESS AS MEASURED FROM THE EXTERIOR FACE OF THE
 EXTERIOR WALL. PURSUANT TO THE CITY?S ZLDRS, WINDOWS
 SHALL BE RECESSED A MINIMUM OF TWO (2) INCHES.
  
 10. PURSUANT TO SEC. 94-222(H)(11) OF THE CITY?S ZLDRS,
 FRONT FACING GARAGE DOORS SHALL BE RECESSED A MINIMUM
 OF FIVE (5) FEET BEHAND THE FRONT FA?ADE OF THE
 BUILDING.
  
 11. PURSUANT TO THE CITY?S ZLDRS, 75 PERCENT OF THE
 FRONT YARD SHALL CONSIST OF LANDSCAPE MATERIAL.
