 WITH RESPECT TO EVALUATION OF DESIGN PROFESSIONALS?
 DOCUMENTS, IF A LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINDS IT NECESSARY, IN
 ORDER TO ENFORCE COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE AND ISSUE A PERMIT, TO REJECT DESIGN DOCUMENTS
 REQUIRED BY THE CODE THREE OR MORE TIMES FOR FAILURE TO
 CORRECT A CODE VIOLATION SPECIFICALLY AND CONTINUOUSLY
 NOTED IN EACH REJECTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
 EGRESS, FIRE PROTECTION, STRUCTURAL STABILITY, ENERGY,
 ACCESSIBILITY, LIGHTING, VENTILATION, ELECTRICAL,
 MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, AND GAS SYSTEMS, OR OTHER
 REQUIREMENTS IDENTIFIED BY RULE OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 COMMISSION ADOPTED PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 120, THE LOCAL
 GOVERNMENT SHALL IMPOSE, EACH TIME AFTER THE THIRD SUCH
 REVIEW THE PLANS ARE REJECTED FOR THAT CODE VIOLATION,
 A FEE OF FOUR TIMES THE AMOUNT OF THE PROPORTION OF THE
 PERMIT FEE ATTRIBUTED TO PLANS REVIEW.

 THE PRODUCT APPROVAL SEE MIAMI-DADE WEB-SITE, MISSING
 SILL HEIGHTS THE NEW REVISION D DOES SHOW SILL HEIGHTS
 AND THE SILL HEIGHTS AND ASSOCIATED PRESSURES ARE THE
 LIMITING FACTOR FOR POSITIVE PRESSURES. CIRCLE IDENTIFY
 WHICH SILL HEIGHT IS TO BE INSTALLED FOR THIS
 APPLICATION.

 CANNOT BE DETERMINED BUT ALREADY THERE ARE ISSUES WITH
 THE SILLS, THE POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE PRESSURES ARE
 GIVEN ON PAGE 5 OF 23, PAGE 14OF 23 SHOWS A 3 11/16
 INCH SILL NO PRESSURES GIVEN AND PAGE 21 OF 23 SHOWS 2
 INCH SILLS. I DO NOT SEE WHERE THERE ARE POSITIVE
 PRESSURES GIVEN FOR THE SILLS. YOU ARE NOT USING THE
 CURRENT VERSION OF THIS PRODUCT APPROVAL. ON MIAMI-DADE
 WEBSITE NOA 21-0728.02 REVISION D 08/04/21 PAGE 5/23
 TECHNICAL DRAWINGS SHOWS SILL HEIGHTS AND ASSOCIATED
 PRESSURES. UPDATE YOUR NOA TO THE NEWEST VERSION AND
 CIRCLE WHICH SILL HEIGHT TO BE INSTALLED. THE 2 INCH
 SILL DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIRED POSITIVE PRESSURES OF
 ZONE 4. WITH THE HIGHER POSITIVE PRESSURES OF ZONE 5THE
 3 1/8-INCH SILL MAY NOT WORK. ZONE 5 THE NEGATIVE
 PRESSURES WILL ALSO INCREASE.

 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
