 AMENDMENT
  
 CORRECTIONS NEEDED -
  
 1) PLEASE PROVIDE A SITE PLAN SHOWING THE FOLLOWING
 INFORMATION FBC WPB 107.2.5 SITE PLAN. THE CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED WITH THE APPLICATION FOR PERMIT
 SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY A SITE PLAN SHOWING TO SCALE
 THE SIZE AND LOCATION OF NEW CONSTRUCTION AND EXISTING
 STRUCTURES ON THE SITE, DISTANCES FROM LOT LINES, THE
 ESTABLISHED STREET GRADES AND THE PROPOSED FINISHED
 GRADES, DEPICTING THE PROPOSED LOT DRAINAGE AND, AS
 APPLICABLE, FLOOD HAZARD AREAS, FLOODWAYS, AND DESIGN
 FLOOD ELEVATIONS; AND IT SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH AN ACCURATE AND INCLUDED ON A BOUNDARY LINE
 SURVEY.
  
 2) PLEASE PROVIDE A SURVEY SHOWING EASEMENTS, FLOOD
 ZONE ETC.
  
 3) PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE EXTERIOR WINDOWS, EXTERIOR
 DOORS AND LOUVERS NEED TO BE REVIEWED AND MARKED
 APPROVED BY THE BUILDING DESIGNER OF RECORD. FBC WPB
 107.3.4
  
 4) ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM - PLEASE SHOW THE TOILET GRAB
 BAR DIMENSIONS FROM THE FINISHED FLOOR TO THE "TOP OF
 THE GRIPPING SURFACE" PER FBC A 609.4 POSITION OF GRAB
 BARS.
 GRAB BARS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN A HORIZONTAL POSITION,
 33 INCHES (840 MM) MINIMUM AND 36 INCHES (915 MM)
 MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR MEASURED TO THE TOP OF
 THE GRIPPING SURFACE,
  
 5) ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM - PLEASE SHOW THE MIRROR
 DIMENSIONS FROM THE FINISHED FLOOR TO THE "REFLECTIVE
 SURFACE" PER FBC A 603.3 MIRRORS.
 MIRRORS LOCATED ABOVE LAVATORIES OR COUNTERTOPS SHALL
 BE INSTALLED WITH THE BOTTOM EDGE OF THE REFLECTING
 SURFACE 40 INCHES (1015 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 6) DRAWING A-1 - DETAIL A4 - SHOWS RH2 ABOVE THE GRAB
 BAR - FBC 609.3 THE SPACE BETWEEN THE GRAB BAR AND
 PROJECTING OBJECTS ABOVE SHALL BE 12 INCHES (305 MM)
 MINIMUM.
  
 7) ATTIC ACCESS - FBC 1209.2 ATTIC SPACES.
 AN OPENING NOT LESS THAN 20 INCHES BY 30 INCHES (559 MM
 BY 762 MM) SHALL BE PROVIDED TO ANY ATTIC AREA HAVING A
 CLEAR HEIGHT OF OVER 30 INCHES (762 MM). CLEAR HEADROOM
 OF NOT LESS THAN 30 INCHES (762 MM) SHALL BE PROVIDED
 IN THE ATTIC SPACE AT OR ABOVE THE ACCESS OPENING.
  
 8) SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR EACH BUILDING
 (RESTROOM EAST AND RESTROOM WEST). PLEASE SHOW THIS
 PERMIT TO BE FOR THE EAST OR THE WEST RESTROOM
