 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE

 1.) AN UPDATED SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY SHOWING ALL
 EXISTING STRUCTURES AND UTILITY EASEMENTS (IF
 APPLICABLE) IS REQUIRED.
  
 2.) BUILDING SETBACKS ARE INCORRECT. PER SEC.94-611 OF
 THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS),
 THE FRONT LOT LINE FOR A CORNER LOT IS DEFINED AS THE
 SIDE POSSESSING THE NARROWEST LENGTH; THEREFORE, THE
 FRONT LOT LINE IS WORTH COURT S. AND A 25 FT. BUILDING
 SETBACK SHALL BE REQUIRED FROM LOT LINE FACING WORTH
 COURT S. PLEASE MAKE THE NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS WITH THE
 BUILDING TO COMPLY WITH THE SETBACK REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 ZLDRS.
  
 3.) SETBACK DISTANCES FROM THE PROPERTY LINE TO ANY
 PROPOSED MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SHALL BE PROVIDED.
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FT.
 INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK. PLEASE SHOW DIMENSIONS TO

 4.) WHAT IS THE WIDTH OF THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY AT THE
 PROPERTY LINE ALONG WASHINGTON ROAD? PLEASE PROVIDE

 AND RIDGE. PROVIDE THESE DIMENSIONS IN THE ELEVATION
