 SECTION 606.3 HEIGHT. LAVATORIES AND SINKS SHALL BE
 INSTALLED WITH THE FRONT OF THE HIGHER OF THE RIM OR
 COUNTER SURFACE 34 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR OR GROUND.
