 A PLATTED ALLEY, WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED. IF THE ALLEY
 HAS BEEN ABANDONED, PLEASE PROVIDE APPROPRIATE
 DOCUMENTATION INDICATING SO. IF THE DUMPSTER CAN BE
 LOCATED AT THE PROPOSED LOCATION, SHOW THAT THERE IS A
 5 FT. SETBACK FROM THE PROPERTY LINE(S).
  
 NOTES:
  
 * CONDITION - WALLS OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE SHALL BE
 LINED WITH A PERIMETER HEDGE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDRS).
