 3.) DETAIL OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE SHALL BE PROVIDED.
 THE DETAIL SHALL BE CONSISTENT WITH THE ENCLOSURE
 DIMENSIONS AND REQUIREMENTS PER S.94-315, FIGURE XIV OF
 THE CITY?S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
 (ZLDRS).
  
 4.) ENCLOSURE SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF BRICK, DECORATIVE
 CONCRETE, OTHER DECORATIVE MASONRY OR COMPARABLY
 DURABLE WOOD AND STEEL. WALLS SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH
 SHRUBS AND HEDGES PLANTED AT TWO-FOOT INTERVALS. PER
 THE SUBMITTED PLAN, A CHAIN LINK FENCE DETAIL IS
 PROVIDED, INDICATING THAT THE ENCLOSURE WILL BE CHAIN
 LINK, WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED. [ZLDR S.94-315]
  
 5.) AUTO-TURN ANALYSIS IS REQUIRED.
