 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE CONTRACTOR GENERATED FLOOR PLAN NEEDS TO COMPLY
 WITH CERTIFICATION BY CONTRACTOR. 107.3.4.3. THE
 CONTRACTOR (QUALIFIER) THAT CREATED / DREW THE SET OF
 PLANS WILL NEED TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES AS THE AUTHOR OF
 THE PLANS. PLEASE PRINT YOUR NAME, SIGN YOUR NAME AND
 LICENSE NUMBER FOR THE TRADE YOU ARE LICENSED IN AND
 PLANS DRAWN.
  
 2) THE PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES THE INSTALLATION OF
 6 IMPACT WINDOWS AND 7 DOORS MISSING WINDOW A TOTAL OF
 13 OPENINGS. AXIOM STRUCTURES HAS OPENINGS FOR OPENINGS
 3, 4, 8, 9, & 10. MISSING SCHEDULE FOR OPENINGS 1, 2,
 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, & 13. IF THE MISSING INFORMATION IS
 CONTRACTOR GENERATED, THEN SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 CERTIFICATION BY CONTRACTOR. 107.3.4.3. THE CONTRACTOR

 WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 TECHNICAL CODES. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT
 WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 4) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
