 1) THE CITYPLACE RETAIL MANAGEMENT APPROVAL STAMP IS
 REQUIRED ON THE PLANS. ALTERNATIVELY, YOU MAY PROVIDE A
 LETTER FROM CITYPLACE RETAIL MANAGEMENT WHICH APPROVES
 THE SPECIFIC PLANS SUBMITTED AS PART OF THE PERMIT.
  
 2) PLEASE FULLY DESCRIBE THE PROPOSED USE OF THE SPACE,
 INCLUDING WHAT THE "STUDIO" ENTAILS. YOU MUST PROVIDE
 THIS INFORMATION SO THAT STAFF CAN VERIFY THAT THE
 PROPOSED USE IS PERMITTED AT THIS LOCATION.
  
 3) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS REQUIRE
 THAT THE ROSEMARY AVENUE STREET FRONTAGE AT THIS
 LOCATION IS REQUIRED TO HAVE A MINIMUM OF 60%
 TRANSPARENCY ALONG THE ROSEMARY AVENUE AND THE FERN
 STREET FRONTAGES. STAFF REQUIRES CLARIFICATION ON WHAT
 IS OCCURRING AT THE STUDIO 1 FRONT WALL WINDOW.
 DIFFERING PLANS SHOW A SECOND LAYER OF WINDOWS
 INSTALLED WITH THE CROSS SECTION SHOWING AN ACOUSTIC
 WALL BETWEEN THE TWO WINDOWS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE
 TRANSPARENCY REQUIREMENTS REQUIRE FULL ABILITY TO SEE
 INTO THE STUDIO SPACE FROM THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING.
 PROVIDE THE TRANSPARENCY CALCULATIONS.
  
 4) THE MECHANICAL FLOOR PLAN SHOWS CU-1A, CONCRETE PAD
 AND BOLLARDS ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING. WHEN
 LOOKING AT GOGGLE STREET VIEW, THESE APPEAR TO BLOCK
 THE SIDEWALK AND THE LOADING ZONE. PROVIDED ACCURATE,
 DIMENSIONED DRAWINGS SHOWING THE WORK IN THE ALLEY.
 PLEASE INCLUDE THE SURVEY THAT THE DRAWINGS ARE BASED
 ON WITH THE RESUBMITTAL. NOTE: THE MECHANICAL FLOOR
 PLAN AND THE MECHANICAL ISOMETRIC PLAN SEEM TO SHOW THE
 CU-1A IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS RELATIVE TO THE BUILDING
 WALL.
  
 5) PROVIDE DETAILS OF CU-1A TO INCLUDE HOW IT WILL BE
 SCREENED TO ITS FULL HEIGHT.
