 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. THE ADDRESS ON THE PERMIT IS 142 PALMETTO LANE, BUT
 THE PROPERTY THAT CONTAINS THE DOCK IS 122 PALMETTO
 LANE. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE PERMIT ACCURATELY REFLECTS
 THE LOCATION OF THE SCOPE OF WORK.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SEC. 94-313 OF THE CITY?S ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS):
  
 2.1. A SITE PLAN DRAWN TO SCALE SUFFICIENT TO REPRESENT
 ALL ELEMENTS OF THE PROPOSED DOCK AND BOATLIFT, THE
 RIPARIAN PROPERTY FROM WHICH THE DOCK WILL PROJECT, AND
 THE ADJACENT PROPERTIES ON BOTH SIDES THEREOF, SHALL BE
 PROVIDED.
  
 2.2. A CROSS SECTION SHOWING ALL ELEMENTS OF THE
 PROPOSED BOAT LIFT, THE BOTTOM OF THE WATERWAY, AS WELL
 AS THE MEAN HIGH WATERLINE AND MEAN LOW WATERLINE,
 SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 2.3. DOCUMENTATION SHALL BE PROVIDED SHOWING THAT
 MARINE GRASSES, ETHNIC COMMUNITIES, AQUATIC PRESERVES,
 MANATEE SANCTUARIES, AND IMPORTANT ESTUARINE OR
 ECOLOGICAL FEATURES ARE NOT BEING AFFECTED
 SIGNIFICANTLY BY THE PROPOSED BOAT LIFT CONSTRUCTION.
  
 2.4. ALL MOORING SLIPS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH
 APPROPRIATE CONNECTIONS FOR POTABLE WATER AND
 ELECTRICAL SERVICE.
  
 2.5. DOCKS, "TEES," DOLPHINS, PILINGS, BOATLIFTS, AND
 OTHER MOORING-RELATED FACILITIES SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED
 WITHIN THE MIDDLE ONE-THIRD OF THE LOT ON WHICH A DOCK
 IS CONSTRUCTED, AS EXTENDED INTO THE WATERWAY.
  
 2.6. AT LEAST ONE LADDER SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR EACH
 DOCK, EXTENDING FROM THE DOCK SURFACE TO TWO FEET BELOW
 THE MEAN LOW WATERLINE.
  
 2.7. ALL DOCKS SHALL HAVE WATER-RESISTANT REFLECTIVE
 NUMERALS CORRESPONDING TO THE STREET ADDRESS OF THE
 UPLAND PROPERTY AND SHALL BE VISIBLE FROM THE WATERWAY.
  
 2.8. ALL DOLPHINS SHALL HAVE A REFLECTORIZED BAND OF AT
 LEAST FIVE INCHES IN WIDTH LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 24
 INCHES FROM THE TOP OF DOLPHIN. REFLECTOR TAPE SHALL BE
 FORMULATED FOR MARINE USE AND BE OF AN IRIDESCENT
 SILVER COLOR.
