 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OF ANY EXISTING TREES ON THE
 PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE OBTAINED
 FROM THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT ? PLANNING
 DIVISION. PLEASE CONTACT RAY CARANCI, SENIOR LANDSCAPE
 PLANNER, AT 561.822.1462.
  
 2. A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHALL BE OBTAINED FOR
 THE INSTALLATION OF REQUIRED LANDSCAPE MATERIAL, AS
 SPECIFIED IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE CITY?S ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
  
 3. THE SITE PLAN INDICATES THAT THE PROPERTY HAS A
 SF-14 ZONING DESIGNATION, HOWEVER, THE PROPERTY IS
 ZONED SF-7; PLEASE ADJUST ACCORDINGLY.
  
 4. PLEASE CLARIFY THE NOTE ON THE SITE PLAN THAT
 INDICATES THAT THE ?SETBACK SHALL NOT EXCEED 15? (IN
 TOTAL OVERALL LENGTH FROM BOTH SIDES). THE SETBACKS
 REQUIRED BY THE CITY?S ZLDRS ARE A MINIMUM AND
 INCREASED SETBACKS ARE PERMITTED.
  
 5. DIMENSIONS SHALL BE PROVIDED FROM THE PROPERTY LINE
 TO ALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT (IE. CONDENSING UNITS).
  
 6. PLEASE CLARIFY THE IMPROVEMENTS SHOWN ON TH EAST
 WALL OF THE HOUSE, JUST OUTSIDE OF THE MASTER CLOSET.
  
 7. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WILL BE REQUIRED AS PART
 OF THE DRIVEWAY:
 7.1. THE DRIVEWAY SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 3 FEET FROM THE
 SIDE PROPERTY LINE. THE PORTIONS OF THE DRIVEWAY THAT
 EXTEND EAST/WEST FROM THE CURB CUT SHALL BE A MINIMUM
 OF 5 FEET FROM THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE.
 7.2. A MINIMUM OF 75% OF THE FRONT YARD AREA SHALL
 CONSIST OF LANDSCAPE MATERIAL.
