 INDICATED ON DRAWINGS AND SIGNS SHALL BE PROVIDED IN
 GARAGE. HOW DO GUESTS AND RETAIL CLIENTS GET ACCESS
 THROUGH THE GATE?
 7. PLEASE PROVIDE A COMPLETE ELEVATION OF THE BRIDGE.
 8. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THE FDOT APPROVAL OF
 THE PROPOSED CHANGES ALONG DIXIE HIGHWAY.
 9. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT THE SEATING WITHN
 THE PUBLIC OPEN SPACE AND ANY PRIVATE OPEN SPACE
 LOCATED ALONG THE STREET.
 10. PLEASE CONFIRM THAT THE SCORE LINE PATTERN INCLUDED
 IN THE SITE PLAN APPROVAL IS MAINTAINED.
 11. PLEASE PROVIDE AN EXHIBIT INDICATING THE LOCATION
 OF ALL ABOVE GROUND UTILITY CONNECTIONS LOCATED ALONG
 THE FRONTAGE LINE. NO ABOVE GROUND UTILITIES CAN BE
 LOCATED WITHIN THE MINIMUM SETBACK.
 12. A SEPARATE PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR LANDSCAPE,
 IRRIGATION AND STREET LIGHTS.
 13. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROPOSED
 LIGHTING INSIDE THE GARAGE TO CONFIRM THE SOURCE IS
 HIDDEN FROM EXTERIOR VIEW.
