 BUILDING CODE 7TH EDITION YOU ALSO HAVEN?T INDICATED TO
 WHAT CLASSIFICATION THE PLANS WERE DESIGNED TO SEE 2020
 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING CODE CHAPTER 5 501.1. THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD HAS NOT INDICATED TO WHICH METHOD
 THE PLANS WERE DEVELOPED, COMPLYING WITH THE PROVISIONS
 OF CHAPTER 6 THROUGH 13 OR WITH ONE OF THE ALTERNATE
 PROVISIONS IN SECTION 301.1.
  
 1C) THE OCCUPANT CONTENT FOR BUSINESS OCCUPANCY IS
 STATED 2,721 SF/ 100 = 28 OCCUPANTS. PLEASE REVIEW THE
 2020 FBC-BUILDING TABLE 1004.5 FOR BUSINESS THE
 OCCUPANT LOAD FACTOR IS NOW 150 NOT 100. PLEASE UPDATE

 THE OCCUPANCY SEPARATION / TENANT WALLS AS BEING FIRE
 RATED PARTITIONS THAT GO FROM FINISH FLOOR TO ROOF
 DECK. IN THE 2020 FBC-B TABLE 508.4 BETWEEN BUSINESS
 AND ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCIES FOR FIRE SPRINKLERED BUILDINGS
 THERE IS A 1-HOUR FIRE RATING REQUIRED.
 SHEET A-301 SHOWS A WALL TYPE 2 AND 2A GOING UP TO THE
 ROOF DECK BUT THE DETAIL DOES NOT PROVIDE EITHER A UL
 NUMBER OR GYPSUM ASSOCIATION WALL TYPE. PLEASE PROVIDE
 THE LISTING FOR THE WALL TYPE AND ALL COMPONENTS THAT
 MAKE UP THE FIRE RATED ASSEMBLY. 2020 FBC-BUILDING

 ENGINEER FOR FUTURE LOADS, RE-ENFORCEMENT OF BAR-
 JOIST, NEW CONNECTIONS BETWEEN THE EXISTING ROOF TOP
 CURBS AND OR NEW ONES, CONNECTIONS BETWEEN THE RTU CURB
 AND NEW ROOF TOP UNIT.
 2020 FBC-M- 301.15 WIND RESISTANCE.
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, APPLIANCES AND SUPPORTS THAT ARE
 EXPOSED TO WIND SHALL BE DESIGNED AND INSTALLED TO
 RESIST THE WIND PRESSURES DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
 FBC-B-1609.6.4.4.1 COMPONENTS AND CLADDING. WIND
 PRESSURE FOR EACH COMPONENT OR CLADDING ELEMENT IS TO
 BE DESIGNED FOR WIND PRESSURES COMPONENTS AND
 ATTACHMENTS.
  
 LATERAL FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM
 FOR ALL ROOF TOP EQUIPMENT, CURBS, FANS OR A/C STANDS,
 AND OR VENTS, DETAILED ATTACHMENT TO THE ROOF FRAMING &
 DECK AS WELL AS FROM THE CURB OR ROOF STAND TO THE
 EQUIPMENT ABOVE.
  
 2020 FBC-B 1604.4 ANALYSIS. LOAD EFFECTS ON STRUCTURAL
 MEMBERS AND THEIR CONNECTIONS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY
 METHODS OF STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT
 EQUILIBRIUM, GENERAL STABILITY, GEOMETRIC COMPATIBILITY
 AND BOTH SHORT- AND LONG-TERM MATERIAL PROPERTIES.
 EVERY STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED TO RESIST THE
 OVERTURNING EFFECTS CAUSED BY THE LATERAL FORCES
 SPECIFIED IN THIS CHAPTER. SEE SECTION 1609 FOR WIND
 LOADS.
  
 4B) 2020 FBC-M 306.5 EQUIPMENT AND APPLIANCES ON ROOFS
 OR ELEVATED STRUCTURES.
 WHERE EQUIPMENT REQUIRING ACCESS OR APPLIANCES ARE
 LOCATED ON AN ELEVATED STRUCTURE OR THE ROOF OF A
 BUILDING SUCH THAT PERSONNEL WILL HAVE TO CLIMB HIGHER
 THAN 16 FEET ABOVE GRADE TO ACCESS SUCH EQUIPMENT OR
 APPLIANCES, AN INTERIOR OR EXTERIOR MEANS OF ACCESS
 SHALL BE PROVIDED. SUCH ACCESS SHALL NOT REQUIRE
 CLIMBING OVER OBSTRUCTIONS GREATER THAN 30 INCHES IN
 HEIGHT OR WALKING ON ROOFS HAVING A SLOPE GREATER THAN
 4 UNITS VERTICAL IN 12 UNITS HORIZONTAL (33-PERCENT
 SLOPE). SUCH ACCESS SHALL NOT REQUIRE THE USE OF
 PORTABLE LADDERS. WHERE ACCESS INVOLVES CLIMBING OVER
 PARAPET WALLS, THE HEIGHT SHALL BE MEASURED TO THE TOP
 OF THE PARAPET WALL.
  
 4C) ROOF TOP HATCHES/ ROOF ACCESS/ 2020 FBC-B
 1011.12.2. IN BUILDINGS THAT DO NOT HAVE AN OCCUPIED
 ROOF SHALL BE PERMITTED TO BE A ROOF HATCH OR TRAP DOOR
 NOT LESS THAN 16 SQUARE FEET IN AREA AND HAVING A
 MINIMUM DIMENSION OF 2 FEET.
  
 5) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
