 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) THE HEIGHT OF THE SITE WAL/FENCE/GAURDL IS MEASURED
 FROM THE OUTSIDE OF THE WALL (AT GRADE) TO THE HIGHEST
 POINT. THE WALL CANNOT EXCEED 4 FT. IN HEIGHT WITHIN
 THE REQUIRED FRONT SETBACK (AREA WITHIN THE FIRST 25
 FT. OF THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE (FLAGLER DRIVE) AND A
 MAXIMUM OF 6 FT. IN HEIGHT ALONG THE SIDE AND REAR AS
 MEASURED FROM THE OUTSIDE OF THE WALL/FENCE/GAURD. IF
 THE HEIGHT OF THE WALL EXCEEDS THE ALLOWABLE HEIGHT, A
 VARIANCE WILL BE REQUIRED. [ZLDR S. 94-38 AND S.94-302]
  
 [11/10/2021 REPEAT COMMENT: FENCE/WALL/GUARD EXCEEDS
 THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE 6 FT. HEIGHT LIMITATION ALONG THE
 SIDE AND REAR PROPERTY LINE (OUTSIDE OF THE 25 FT.
 FRONT SETBACK). EITHER REDUCE THE HEIGHT TO COMPLY WITH
 ZONING CODE OR APPLY FOR A VARIANCE TO THE HEIGHT
 (REQUIRES A PUBLIC HEARING WITH THE ZONING BOARD OF
 APPEALS).
