 1.) A SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY IS REQUIRED. SURVEY MUST
 SHOW ALL EXISTING UTILITY EASEMENT ON WITHIN THE
 PROPERTY (IF APPLICABLE).
  
 2.) THE HEIGHT OF THE SITE WALL IS MEASURED FROM THE
 OUTSIDE OF THE WALL (AT GRADE) TO THE HIGHEST POINT.
 THE WALL CANNOT EXCEED 4 FT. IN HEIGHT WITHIN THE
 REQUIRED FRONT SETBACK (AREA WITHIN THE FIRST 25 FT. OF
 THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE (FLAGLER DRIVE) AND A MAXIMUM
 OF 6 FT. IN HEIGHT ALONG THE SIDE AND REAR AS MEASURED
 FROM THE OUTSIDE OF THE WALL. IF THE HEIGHT OF THE WALL
 EXCEEDS THE ALLOWABLE HEIGHT, A VARIANCE WILL BE
