 1. INSUFFICIENT INFORMATION TO PERFORM A REVIEW.
 107.2 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTIONS107.2.1 THROUGH
 107.2.5.
  
 2. SURVEY INDICATES A CONCRETE SLAB.
  
 3. STATE THE INTENDED USE OF THE STRUCTURE. IT APPEARS
 TO BE AN ADDITION TO AN EXISTING STRUCTURE.
  
 4. PROVIDE EVIDENCE THAT THE PEREMITER OF THE EXISTING
 SLAB HAS REINFORCEMENT TO SUPPORT EXTERIOR WALLS.
  
 5. PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:
  
 EVERY STRUCTURE SUBJECT TO WIND LOADS SHALL BE DESIGNED
 PER FBC RES CHPT 3 SECTION R301 OR ASCE 7
 R301.2.1 WIND DESIGN CRITERIA.
 BUILDINGS AND PORTIONS THEREOF SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE WIND PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE USING
 THE BASIC WIND SPEED IN TABLE R301.2(1) AS DETERMINED
 FROM FIGURE R301.2(4).
  
 1. PROVIDE A SITE PLAN....
 107.2.5 SITE PLAN. THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED
 WITH THE APPLICATION FOR PERMIT SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY
 A SITE PLAN SHOWING TO SCALE THE SIZE AND LOCATION OF
 NEW CONSTRUCTION AND EXISTING STRUCTURES ON THE
 SITE,... AND IT SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN
 ACCURATE AND INCLUDED BOUNDARY LINE SURVEY.
  
 2. PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING BUILDING PLANS
  
 2A) PROVIDE A FOUNDATION PLAN: FOOTINGS/SLAB ON
 GRADE/REINFORCING/TIE DOWNS.
 2B) PROVIDE PLANS WITH REQUIRED DIMENSIONS
 2C) PROVIDE A FLOOR PLAN WITH FLOOR TO FOUNDATION
 CONNECTION DETAIL
 2D) PROVIDE A WALL PLAN WITH WALL TO FLOOR CONNECTION
 DETAIL
 2E) PROVIDE A ROOF FRAMING PLAN WITH ROOF TO WALL
 CONNECTION DETAIL
 2F) PROVIDE A WINDOW AND/OR DOOR SCHEDULE WITH ROUGH
 OPENINGS AND DESIGN WIND LOADS IF APPLICABLE.
 2G) PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR ALL ROOFING, WINDOWS,
 DOORS AND TIE DOWNS. >720 SQ. FT. SEE R301.2.1.2
 R301.2.1.2 PROTECTION OF OPENINGS.
 STRUCTURES THAT ARE NOT DESIGNED FOR HUMAN HABITATION
 AND THAT HAVE A FLOOR AREA OF 720 SQUARE FEET (67 M2)
 OR LESS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE MANDATORY
 WIND-BORNE DEBRIS IMPACT STANDARD OF THIS CODE
 2H) ELECTRICAL ? PROVIDE AN ELECTRICAL PLAN. ELECTRIC
 SUB-PERMIT REQUIRED.
  
 3. DESINER/CONTRACTOR/OWNER/BUILDER SHALL PRINT THEIR
 NAME AND SIGN EACH PLAN SHEET.
 FBC 107.2.1 ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS
 AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE
 OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. (SEE ALSO
 SECTION 107.3.5), CHPT. 471, F.S. & 61G15 AND CHPT.
 481, F.S. & 61G1.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR REVISED
 MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
