 2.2. VICINITY MAP SHOWING THE PROPERTY IN RELATION TO
 THE SURROUNDING AREA.
  
 2.3. LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY LINE, RIGHT-OF-WAY,
 PROPOSED/EXISTING EASEMENTS, WATER COURSES AND OTHER
 ESSENTIAL FEATURES.
  
 2.4. STREETS, DRIVEWAYS, INTERSECTIONS, CURBS CUTS AND
 TURNING LANES ADJACENT TO OR ACROSS FROM THE SUBJECT
 PROPERTY.
  
 2.5. THE OUTLINES OF ALL BUILDINGS WITH USES, SETBACKS,
 DIMENSIONS, FLOOR AREA, NUMBER OF STORIES, HEIGHT AND
 POINTS OF ACCESS.
  
 2.6. LOCATION AND DIMENSIONS OF ALL PERIMETER TREATMENT
 (SIDEWALKS, FENCES, WALLS, OR BERMS).
  
 2.7. MEANS OF VEHICULAR AND PEDESTRIAN ACCESS TO AND
 FROM THE SITE.
  
 2.8. LAYOUT AND LOCATION OF ALL OFF-STREET PARKING,
 LOADING AND OTHER VEHICULAR USE AREAS, INCLUDING WHERE
 APPLICABLE, THE DISTANCE FROM THE PRINCIPLE USES.
  
 2.9. SUPPLY A DATA TABLE THAT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
  
 2.9.1. EXISTING/PROPOSED LAND USE AND ZONING.
  
 2.9.2. TOTAL ACRES OF THE PROJECT.
  
 2.9.3. TOTAL GROSS BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE.
  
 2.9.4. PERCENT OF OPEN SPACE, LANDSCAPING, BUILDING
 COVERAGE & IMPERMEABLE SURFACE.
  
 2.9.5. ACRES AND PERCENT OF WATER BODIES.
  
 2.9.6. DENSITY AND NUMBER OF DWELLING UNITS
 (RESIDENTIAL).
  
 2.9.7. PARKING COMPUTATIONS (REQUIRED, PROVIDED, ETC.)
  
 2.9.8. FLOOR AREA RATIO (FAR).
  
 3. FLOOR PLANS SHALL BE PROVIDED CLEARLY INDICATING
 EXISTING AND PROPOSED.
  
 4. ELEVATIONS SHALL CLEARLY IDENTIFY EXISTING
 IMPROVEMENTS AS WELL AS ALL ADDITIONS.
  
 5. ELEVATIONS SHALL INDICATE THE HEIGHT OF THE
 BUILDING, AS DEFINED BY THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (GRADE THE MEAN POINT OF THE PITCHED ROOF).
  
 6. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441 OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), BECAUSE THE
 PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK EXCEEDS 50 PERCENT OF THE VALUE
 OF THE EXISTING STRUCTURE, THE SITE SHALL BE BROUGHT
 INTO COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV (LANDSCAPING) OF THE
 ZLDRS. PLANS SHALL BE SUBMITTED INDICATING SUCH. IF
 EXISTING MATERIAL IS SHOWN ON THE PLANS AND ALL
 PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE XIV HAVE BEEN MET, THEN NO
 ADDITIONAL PERMIT/INSTALLATION IS REQUIRED. IF THE
 EXISTING MATERIAL ON SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO ALL OF
 THE REQUIREMENTS OF ARTICLE XIV, THEN ADDITIONAL
 MATERIAL WILL NEED TO BE SHOWN ON THE PLANS AND
 PERMITTED UNDER A LANDSCAPE PERMIT. PLEASE NOTE THAT
 PLANS SHOULD INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO, THE
 FOLLOWING:
  
 6.1. THE LOCATION OF ALL EXISTING AND PROPOSED
 STRUCTURES, IMPROVEMENTS, ETC.
  
 6.2. THE LOCATION OF ALL EXISTING AND PROPOSED TREES,
 SHRUBS, GROUND COVERS, ETC.
  
 6.3. THE LOCATION OF UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS,
 OVERHEAD LINES, WATER METERS, TRANSFORMERS, CHECK
 VALVES, CLEAN OUTS, FIRE HYDRANTS, LIGHT POLES, ETC.
 THAT MAY IMPACT LANDSCAPING.
  
 6.4. TABULATION TABLE INDICATING HOW THE EXISTING AND
 PROPOSED PLANT MATERIAL COMPLIES WITH ARTICLE XIV.
  
 6.5. SPECIES, QUANTITY, HEIGHT, SPREAD, SPACING, AND
 LOCATION OF THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED PLANT MATERIAL.
  
 6.6. STATEMENT THAT ALL LANDSCAPE AREAS WILL BE
 PROVIDED WITH A PERMANENT AUTOMATIC IRRIGATION SYSTEM,
 INCLUDING THE ADJACENT RIGHT-OF-WAY (PLEASE NOTE THAT
 ANY NEW IRRIGATION SHALL BE DONE UNDER A SEPARATE
 PERMIT).
  
 7. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OF ANY EXISTING TREES ON THE
 PROPERTY (IF NECESSARY) A TREE ALTERATION SHALL BE
 OBTAINED FROM THE CITY?S DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
