 PER CODE SECTION 94-313, DOCK LENGTH IS REGULATED UP TO
 A MAXIMUM OF 100 FEET. THE CITY COMMISSION MAY, BY
 APPROVAL OF A CLASS A SPECIAL USE PERMIT, AUTHORIZE A
 LENGTH GREATER THAN THAT PERMITTED BY SUBSECTIONS (I.)
 AND (II). ABOVE TO REASONABLY ACCOMMODATE THE ALLOWED
 NUMBER OF BOAT SLIPS, AVOID DAMAGE TO THE MARINE
 ENVIRONMENT, AVOID EXTENSIVE DREDGING OF THE LAKE
 BOTTOM, OR PERMIT FULL USE AND ENJOYMENT OF THE DOCK.
  
 UPLOADED CLASS A SPECIAL USE APPROVAL ALLOWS FOR A 6.5
 FOOT EXTENSION OF THE PRE-EXISTING (PRIOR TO ) 158.5
 FEET. THE PROPOSED 40 FOOT EXTENSION TO THE EXISTING
 165 FOOT DOCK LENGTH WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE CLASS A
 SPECIAL USE PERMIT. IN ADDITION, THE UPLOADED CLASS A
 SPECIAL USE APPROVAL WAS FOR THE REQUEST TO ALLOW FOR
 THE EXTENSION OF THE PRE-EXISTING DOCK 4.53 FEET
 OUTSIDE THE MIDDLE ONE-THIRD OF THE SUBJECT LOT WITH
 THE INSTALLATION OF 1 DOCK. IF PROPOSED DOCK EXCEEDS
 THE APPROVED 4.53 FEET OUTSIDE THE MIDDLE ONE-THIRD, IT
 WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE CLASS A SPECIAL USE PERMIT.
