 MAY ENCROACH BEYOND THE PROPERTY LINE WITHOUT OBTAINING
 THE APPROPRIATE RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT. IF THE FENCE IS
 PROPOSED TO BE PLACED IN ANY EASEMENTS, EASEMENT
 CONSENT SHALL BE OBTAINED FROM THE EASEMENT HOLDER(S).
  
 1.1 [ NEW COMMENT ] - LOCATION OF THE FENCE IS SHOWN
 INSIDE A UTILTY EASEMENT. PER COMMENT #1, EASEMENT
 CONSENT SHALL BE OBTAINED FROM THE EASEMENT HOLDER(S).
  
 2. [ SATISFIED ] - DETAILS SHALL BE PROVIDED REGARDING
 THE FENCE (MATERIAL, HEIGHT, ETC.).
  
 3. [ NOT SATISFIED ] - IS ANY SCREENING MATERIAL
 PROPOSED TO BE ATTACHED TO THE FENCE? IF SO, DETAILS
 SHALL BE PROVIDED. WIND SCREENING SHALL BE SUBSTANTIAL
 ENOUGH TO AVOID RIPS OR TEARS DUE TO WIND OR SUN, AND
 SHALL HAVE NO LESS THAN 85 PERCENT OPACITY.

 REGARDING THE SCREENING MATERIAL, AND NO WRITTEN
 RESPONSES WERE PROVIDED INDICATING THAT NO MATERIAL IS
 PROPOSED.

 BE PLACED ON THE CONSTRUCTION FENCE REQUIRE A SEPARATE
 SIGN PERMIT PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.

 PROVIDED INDICATING WHETHER OR NOT SIGNAGE IS PROPOSED.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
  
 A. TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION FENCES SHALL BE INSTALLED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE AND
 OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ADMINISTRATION (OSHA)
 STANDARDS. TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION FENCES INSTALLED
 PURSUANT TO THIS SECTION SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE
 VISIBILITY AT INTERSECTIONS REQUIREMENTS OF SUBSECTION
 94-305(E) OF THIS CODE.
  
 B. ALL TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION FENCING SHALL BE
 MAINTAINED IN A SATISFACTORY MANNER BY THE PERMITTEE OR
 LANDOWNER, DURING THE ENTIRE PERIOD OF THE LAND
 DISTURBING CONSTRUCTION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 ACTIVITIES, TO ENSURE ADEQUATE PERFORMANCE, TO PREVENT
 NUISANCE CONDITIONS AND TO MAINTAIN THE PUBLIC HEALTH,
 SAFETY AND WELFARE.
  
 C. GATES SHALL BE CHAINED AND LOCKED WITH A LOCK
 SUBSTANTIAL ENOUGH TO ENSURE CLOSURE AND SECURITY WHEN
 WORKERS ARE NOT ON THE JOB SITE.
  
 D. SCREENING SHALL BE MAINTAINED IN GOOD CONDITION AT
 ALL TIMES.
  
 E. ALL WIND SCREENING MATERIALS SHALL BE REMOVED UPON
 THE ISSUANCE OF A HURRICANE WARNING FOR AN AREA
 INCLUDING THE CITY. SCREENING MATERIALS SHALL BE
 REINSTALLED NOT MORE THAN TEN DAYS AFTER THE HURRICANE
 THREAT HAS ENDED.
