 SUBMITTED SOLANA 8-STORY MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL
 PROJECT. WILL REQUIRE UPDATED PLANS AND DRAWINGS.
 POTENTIAL POLE CONFLICT WITH PROPOSED BUILDING
 ENTRANCE, LANDSCAPING (STREET TREES), STRUCTURAL SOIL,
 OR STREET LIGHTING. PLEASE COORDINATE WITH PROPOSED
 PROJECT AND RELOCATE OR OVERLAY POLE PLAN ONTO
 SUBMITTED SOLANA PLANS.
 - STAFF RECOMMENDS A SHIFT IN POLE LOCATION TO BE
 CLOSER TO THE CURB ALONG DATURA ST. (IN BETWEEN FIRST
 SET OF PROPOSED LANDSCAPE BEDS AND IN LINE WITH STREET
 TREES OR EXISTING POLES/HYDRANT) OR SUGGEST AN
 ALTERNATIVE POLE LOCATION. PLEASE COORDINATE TO PRODUCE
 REVISED PLANS.

 GRANTING APPROVAL OF THE BORE PITS, HANDHOLES, AND
 UNDERGROUND ELECTRICAL FOR THE PROPOSED POLE LOCATION.
  
 3. THE POLE STEALTH DESIGN MEETS CITY STANDARDS.
  
 PROJECT'S PROPOSED UNDERGROUNDING ELECTRIC/COMPONENTS
 AND DETAILS ARE INCLUDED UNDER SEPARATE PERMIT
