 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE

 1.) UPDATED SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY
 REQUIRED. SURVEY MUST SHOW ALL UTILITY EASEMENTS ON THE
 PROPERTY (IF APPLICABLE).
  
 2.) SHOW BUILDING SETBACK FROM THE PROPOSED ADDITION TO
 THE SIDE CORNER PROPERTY LINE (WEST SIDE). THE MINIMUM
 SETBACK REQUIRED IS 12.5 FT. PLEASE PROVIDE DIMENSION
 TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH THE ZLDRS. [ZLDR

 3.) SHOW LOCATION OF ANY MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT (I.E. A/C
 COMPRESSOR UNIT PAD(S)) AND SETBACK DISTANCE FROM THE
 PROPERTY LINE(S) IN THE SITE PLAN. MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
 MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FT. INTO A REQUIRED
 SETBACK. [ZLDR S.94-305(B)]
  
 4.) SHOW THE WIDTH OF THE PROPOSED NEW DRIVEWAY AT THE
 PROPERTY LINE. THE DRIVEWAY CANNOT EXCEED 20 FT. IN
 WIDTH. PLEASE PROVIDE DIMENSION IN THE SITE PLAN FOR
 CONSISTENCY WITH THE ZLDRS. [ZLDR S.94-312(1)]
  
 5.) IS A WALL OR A FENCE BEING PROPOSED ALONG THE EAST
 AND WEST PROPERTY LINES? THE INFORMATION SEEMS TO BE
 INCONSISTENT IN THE FLOOR PLAN (WALL) AND SITE PLAN
 (WOOD FENCE). PLEASE ADDRESS FOR CONSISTENCY.
