 CORRECTIONS NEEDED -
  
 1) PLEASE PROVIDE A SITE DRAINAGE PLAN - FBC R401.3
 DRAINAGE.
 SURFACE DRAINAGE SHALL BE DIVERTED TO A STORM SEWER
 CONVEYANCE OR OTHER APPROVED POINT OF COLLECTION THAT
 DOES NOT CREATE A HAZARD. LOTS SHALL BE GRADED TO DRAIN
 SURFACE WATER AWAY FROM FOUNDATION WALLS. THE GRADE
 SHALL FALL A MINIMUM OF 6 INCHES (152 MM) WITHIN THE
 FIRST 10 FEET (3048 MM).
  
 EXCEPTION: WHERE LOT LINES, WALLS, SLOPES OR OTHER
 PHYSICAL BARRIERS PROHIBIT 6 INCHES (152 MM) OF FALL
 WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM), DRAINS OR SWALES SHALL BE
 CONSTRUCTED TO ENSURE DRAINAGE AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE.
 IMPERVIOUS SURFACES WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM) OF THE
 BUILDING FOUNDATION SHALL BE SLOPED A MINIMUM OF 2
 PERCENT AWAY FROM THE BUILDING.
  
 FBC WPB 107.2.5 SITE PLAN. THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 SUBMITTED WITH THE APPLICATION FOR PERMIT SHALL BE
 ACCOMPANIED BY A SITE PLAN SHOWING TO SCALE THE SIZE
 AND LOCATION OF NEW CONSTRUCTION AND EXISTING
 STRUCTURES ON THE SITE, DISTANCES FROM LOT LINES, THE
 ESTABLISHED STREET GRADES AND THE PROPOSED FINISHED
 GRADES, DEPICTING THE PROPOSED LOT DRAINAGE AND, AS
 APPLICABLE, FLOOD HAZARD AREAS, FLOODWAYS, AND DESIGN
 FLOOD ELEVATIONS; AND IT SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH AN ACCURATE AND INCLUDED ON A BOUNDARY LINE
 SURVEY. (PLEASE PROVIDE CUT SECTIONS FOR ANY PROPOSED
 WATER RETAINING SWALES)
  
 2) DRAWING A-1 SHOWS WIND DESIGN PER ASCE 7-10 - SHOULD
 BE ASCE 7-16 PER FBC CHAPTER 35

 GARAGE FLOOR SURFACES SHALL BE OF APPROVED
 NONCOMBUSTIBLE MATERIAL.
 THE AREA OF FLOOR USED FOR PARKING OF AUTOMOBILES OR
 OTHER VEHICLES SHALL BE SLOPED TO FACILITATE THE
 MOVEMENT OF LIQUIDS TO A DRAIN OR TOWARD THE MAIN
 VEHICLE ENTRY DOORWAY.
  
 4) PLEASE SHOW ROOF PLYWOOD TYPE/SIZE FBC R803.1
  
 5) PLEASE PROVIDE A SURVEY.
  
 6) A SEPARATE DEMO PERMIT IS REQUIRED.
  
 7) BUILDING VALUE SHOWN ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 APPEARS TO BE LOW - PLEASE REVISE THE BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION IF NEEDED TO SHOW THE TRUE JOB VALUE - FOR
 PERMITTING PURPOSES THE VALUE OF ALL LABOR AND
 MATERIALS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT ARE REQUIRED
 TO BE INCLUDED IN THE COST. FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF
 BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE
 TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL,
 INTERIOR FINISH, RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND
 DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT;
 EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY
 INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL
 CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES (MARSHALL ? SWIFT,
 MEANS, ETC.) AS PUBLISHED BY INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION SHALL BE SET
 BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
